Beautiful, brand-new ocean view villa just ten miles from airport and Seven Mile Beach - George Town. Off the beaten path, so you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas and maddening crowds. Yet, easy to get to if you so choose!
All rooms have an ocean view, and you can enjoy the ocean breeze while soaking in the sun and being mesmerized by the Caribbean turquoise waters on your own private patio with table and six chairs.
The snorkeling and diving is exquisite and right out the back door, within a few steps of the villa. An infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea is breathtaking. The villa is located on the main road that surrounds the island so it's easy to get anywhere on the island with just a few turns!
All new beautiful furnishings, bed linens, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, beach chairs and towels. Porcelain tile throughout with high ceilings and ceiling fans. Pillow-top mattresses in each bedroom (One queen-size bed and two twin beds) and extra-thick Posturepedic queen-size mattress in sofa bed. Baby crib also available. Stainless-steel appliances with small appliances also provided. Full size washer and dryer, hairdryers, iron and ironing board provided as well.
Guests are welcome to use the amenities of The Turtle Nest Inn also, located right next door.

We stayed at Sunrise Villa in Boddentown Feb 7-14th, our experience from the time we landed and picked up the pre arranged rental car was awesome. The condo is centrally located away from the hustle and bustle of the 7 mile beach area which is only a 20 minute drive from the condo. The Condo itself is very compfortable and pretty much has everything that you need to cook your own meals and is a nice quiet place to stay. The staff next door at the Inn will cater to your every need no matter what it is, they are friendly and well informed. I would recommend this rental to any one who is looking to be centrally located, on the beach, have access to two pools. The property is maged by the Inn , they also have an expansive collection of DVD's to borrow at no extra cost. It was very windy the first few days we were there, so we visited the Turtle Farm, Hell and Cemetery Beach, ehich happens to be one of the best shore snokeling points on Grand Cayman other than right out front of the Inn. There is a Foster's Food Fair right down the road in Savannah, along with Pizza Hut Wendy's and Domino's if you are so inclined, and an even better store a little further down called Hurley's, they pretty much have everything you could possibly be looking for, Liquor of any kind is very expensive in Grand Cayman as well as eating out in the restaurants can be very pricey. You can always check out Guy Harvey's, they have $9.99 dinner special every night, we did not have it but the food we did have was excellent. We also ate at the Cracked Conch for lunch and it was very enjoyable. Be sure to check the board at the Inn for the crusie ship schedule, so you can avoid the 7 mile Beach area on these days. All in all we had an excellent trip, some of the finest accomodations we have been lucky enough to find in the carribean. You will not be disappointed staying here.

We never imagined how great it would feel to have others enjoy it (since we were not able to enjoy it year round due to work obligations in the US). We stayed at the Sunrise Villa at the Turtle Nest Inn and Condos from November 3rd-10th. This was such a lovely place to just relax and unwind, located in Boddentown on the South Central end of the island---it was far enough away from the overcrowded touristy areas and cruise ships but an easy 20 minute drive for shopping, restaurants and nightlife, just beware of the roundabouts! Having the rental car was great so we could easily get around, it was a must have! The condo was clean and very comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. There was incredible snorkeling right off of the beach directly in front of the condos, the water was calm our entire trip and we saw lots of small and BIG fish! The staff at Turtle Nest were so friendly and had great suggestions on where to go and what to see--a great recommendation was Over the Edge restaurant which had fantastic seafood. We spent a ton of time just lounging by the pool and enjoying the view and peace and quiet--our first few days there we only saw about 2-3 people total. Great place to get away from it all and just relax! I will definitely stay here again if I ever find myself back on the Island.
