West Stonebridge is a small but exclusive development in Davenport, and is situated on the Highway 27 about one mile from the I4, this enables access to other resorts across Florida, such as Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center, The Florida Keys etc.
Our luxury four bedroom, three bathroom home includes two master suites, and sleeps ten in comfort. There is a large south-facing pool and spa with no rear neighbours for your complete privacy.
There is also a 24/7 management company on site for your every need to make your holiday a memorable one. This luxury villa is situated among 73 homes in this small but exclusive development and is finished to the highest standards.
Our villa has a large south facing pool and spa with a extended pool deck, there is also a large, shaded lanai area to take a break from the Florida sun. There are no rear neighbours so you can enjoy your holiday in complete privacy.
The villa is fully air conditioned; it has two master suites. Master one has a large queen-size bed, cable TV with a DVD player and a walk-in closet. The large bathroom has a walk in shower, double vanity unit and a Roman bath; there is also a patio door leading to the pool area for that late night swim.
Master two also has a queen-size bed, cable TV with a DVD player and a walk in closet, the bathroom has a walk in shower with a vanity unit. Both masters are equipped with hair dryers.
Bedrooms three and four both have twin beds and cable TV with a DVD player, they share a bathroom that has an overhead shower, bath and vanity unit. The sofa in the lounge opens into another large double bed, this means the villa can accommodate ten people in comfort.
The large family room has cable TV and a DVD player; there is also a portable CD player. This room also has patio doors leading onto the pool area, which has loungers and a table with seating to eat alfresco.
The formal dining room has seating for six people; there is also a breakfast nook situated in a bay window which catches the early morning sun; this also has seating for a further four people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer with ice maker, microwave etc. Everything you'll need for a hassle-free vacation. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron. There is also a game room with pool table, air hockey and foosball table.
