This is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located in St. Maarten’s newest and most exclusive private gated community. This luxurious condo and villa complex has set new standards and has raised the bar on luxury island living with its comprehensive service-oriented residential lifestyle. Condo Remie (as we like to call it) rests on seven and a half acres of water-front property (Simpson Bay Lagoon) in a complex that consists of two skillfully designed condominium towers and 19 luxurious villas.

Condo Remie is located on the first floor of the south tower just 200 feet away from the large infinity edge pool. A private marina with a total of 36 boat slips allows for guests to enjoy the island’s many maritime activities. You can rent a private boat for the day and they will pick you up right outside the condo at the marina.

Condo Remie can sleep a total of six people, the master bedroom has a large king-size bed with a full-size bathroom and a walk out patio. The guest bedroom has a full size bed along with a Boss DVD surround sound system. The full size guest bathroom is directly across the hall. The living room has a wall to wall sliding glass door that opens up to a large patio, it can also sleep two people on the queen-size futon. The kitchen and laundry room is fully equipped with Whirlpool and Kitchen Aid appliances as well as a toaster, blender and coffee maker. The kitchen has a full set of cookware, a dinette set to serve six people and cocktail, martini, and wine glasses.

Standard features include luxury Italian porcelain floors, marble bathroom counter tops, granite kitchen counter tops, air-conditioning in all rooms including individual climate controls for each room, high speed internet access, satellite TV, 32-inch Sharp LCD flat-screen TVs in each room, portable Boss I-pod stereo system, two walk out patios, and a FULLY STOCKED MINI BAR with 28 bottles of wine and alcohol which is FREE to guests staying at Condo Remie. We also include a FULLY STOCKED REFRIGERATOR of beverages, snacks, and your choice of food items before your arrival to the condo - this is also included into the weekly rate listed.

We also arrange your transportation to and from the airport along with rental car reservations with a personal friend to make sure you are getting the best rate on a car. But if you choose not to get a car, the free water taxi service at Aqua Marina will take you to Marigot, Simpson Bay, the airport, Grand Case, Friar's Bay Beach or Mullet Bay Beach.

We also provide you with a cell phone with enough minutes to last you a week, so you can call anywhere and anyone (US Calls will use up more minutes than local calls and guests may have to buy more additional minutes).
