Five bedrooms, three bath home across from Upper Truckee meadow. Easy walk to the lake thru the meadow or thru the neighborhood. Angled corner lot, minimal neighbors, private. Large back deck with 4 burner gas grill for easy outdoor living. Perfect house for family reunion, birthday party, summer family get-together. Large side yard great for volleyball. This is a really fun house. Parking room for a boat. Bike and kayak rentals near by. Public transportation.
Family room with pool table, foosball, 4 arcade video games (free, of course), round fireplace, 50-inch TV. Two (2) bedrooms downstairs: one bedroom with double/twin bunkbed, one bedroom with double and twin bed, hall bath, washer and dryer. Three (3) upstairs rooms: (one queen, one double/one twin and one queen). One hall bath and one masterbath. Fourteen people maximum.
NOTE: This house is available from late May to the end of November. 2 night minimum except for holidays. Memorial Day, Labor Day (3 night minimum) 4th of July and Thanksgiving week (4 night minimum). House on five month ski lease Dec. 1 - April 20.
