Beautiful five bedroom, three bath home across from the Upper Truckee Meadow. Easy walk to the lake thru the meadow or thru the neighborhood. Angled corner lot, minimal neighbors, private. Large wrap around deck with 4 burner gas grill for easy outdoor living. Perfect house for family reunions, birthday parties, summer family get-together. Large side yard great for outdoor activity. This is a really fun house. Parking space for a boat. Bike and kayak rentals near by. Public transportation.
The newly remodeled kitchen has all new appliances, quartz countertops, and range with double oven. The large kitchen island provides plenty of room for multiple cooks to work their magic while still enjoying the fun in the great room.
Recently remodeled great room includes a huge lodge style river rock gas fireplace that can easily warm up the chilly Tahoe nights and a 50 inch TV. The game room has a pool table, and 4 arcade video games, including Pac Man and Ms PacMan (free, of course) for kids of all ages. Perfect for those family PacMan tournament for both kids and adults.
Two (2) bedrooms downstairs: one bedroom with double/twin bunkbed and futon, one bedroom with double and twin bed, hall bath, washer and dryer. Three (3) upstairs bedrooms: two bedrooms with a queen in each and one with a double/ twin). One hall bath and one master bath. Twelve people maximum.
NOTE: This house is available from late May to the end of November. 2 night minimum except for 4 night minimum for July and August. Memorial Day, Labor Day (3 night minimum) 4th of July and Thanksgiving week (4 night minimum). House on five month ski lease Dec. 1 - April 20.

Thank you so much for a great weekend!! The house was beautiful, the location was great and so close to Lake Tahoe (only a 5-10 minute walk)! We had a group of 13 friends and there was more than enough room, the kitchen was great, and more than anything, we LOVED the huge hot tub and the arcade games and board games that were at the house. The only problem was that there was no propane for the barbeque grill, so make sure to ask about that. Other wise, it was definitely a wonderfully memorable weekend!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

What a wonderful home! We had a glorious time in your well equiped home! We had a wonderful time at this home in south lake tahoe. We rented this place for 3 nigths; it was a very nice place. The house was clean & well maintained and there was enough room to entertain our guests, from kids to adults. The children had fun in the arcade games while the adults played pool every night in the game room. Thank you, Geri. We will ba back next year.

We went up to this house with a group of 10 people and had a blast. It has minimal neighbors and is just above the Lake Tahoe Marsh. It has a great Hot Tub, Gas BBQ, lots of Beds and lots of toys for when your at the house. This was one of the best houses I have rented in Tahoe and would go back time and time again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
