Studio apartment, ground level entrance, directly across the street from the ocean. Large deck above studio with fabulous oceanview. All the amenities of home. We have a fenced yard with locking gate, so your dog is welcome.
There is a full size kitchen that is fully equipped with all cookware, dishes, microwave and all small appliances. There is a charcoal BBQ available for your use. Dining area sits four. Full bath with shower, and we provide all the towels and paper products. There is a Queen and a day bed with trundle. Sleeps four comfortably. We provide the bed linens and you will fall fast and comfortably asleep in the feather beds and down comforters on each bed. There is a new 27 inch flat screen TV with a DVD player, with satellite for a large channel selection and a VCR.
On the rooftop deck outside there are plenty of chairs to sit on and have a perfect sunset (or sunrise) view of the ocean. We have lots of buckets, shovels and beach toys for the kids for your use. There are two lakes are located less then a mile away either direction for swimming, fishing. Lake Lytle is directly behind the house and across 101, allows small boats and is stocked with trout. Garibaldi is less then 5 miles away and is excellent for crabbing, clamming and has ocean fishing access. The past few weekends, the fisherman have been out strong, so don't miss your opportunity to catch fish or crab!

We accept Check (must clear prior to stay), Visa or Mastercard, PayPal or cash. Full rate due at time of booking. Cancellation policy: 100% outside 30 days from arrival (less 5% if paid by Visa/Mastercard or PayPal), 50% up to 14 days from arrival, 0% thereafter. |
