My husband and I spent the winter in this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. Photographs are true to actual surroundings, but in person is even better. Kitchen is more than fully equiped with many extras. The building amenities are outstanding, from pools to elevators and parking garage, to grills and beach equipment all provided. All you need to do is kick off your shoes and relax, absorb the sun and wonderful sunrises from the balcony and terrific ocean view. All shopping and, of course, golf are very close at hand. We'll be back for sure. Thanks to Libby for being a gracious and responsive host.

A+ Experience. Our stay was not like staying at a rental property, more like staying at someone else's home while they were away. We've vacationed in NMB annually for more than twenty years. Stayed in many different rental properties in the Windy Hill and Crescent beach areas, with different agencies and private owners. Some we returned to, most we did not, because they were nothing special, just more of the same. Libby and Tom were very responsive to our questions and requests, and did whatever they could to make our stay enjoyable. This WILL be my FIRST CHOICE when I return to NMB.

Perfect location (LOVE Windy Hill area), perfect weather, perfect condo. Many thanks to Libby for letting us share their beautiful condo for a week. You could not ask for anything more. Gorgeous balcony views. Extremely clean and very well organized-everything is labled. My teenaged girls loved the hundreds of DVD's and many board games available. Having beach chairs and umbrella available made packing much easier. The pools were warm and the area kept very clean. Libby, the owner, was wonderful to work with! Would definitely return and recommend to family & friends.

Great Windy Hills condo

My family had a very enjoyable stay at this condo and it was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well equipped, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The kids enjoyed the lazy river and pool and it was so nice not having to bring our own chairs, umbrella, etc. The 2 front bedrooms did not have cable TV, but they did have DVD players and the amazing movie library made it a pleasure to use them for that purpose. I would highly recommend this condo and appreciate the owner's helpfulness in answering our questions.

Owner response:Cable in the back bedrooms is something that we have escalated to the homeowners association and they have been working with Time Warner to get that resolved. We hope to have the work done sometime this fall (after Labor Day).

What a wonderful place to stay. My family and I just loved it. Everything was clean and neat, everything was labeled and easy to find. My family enjoyed our stay in this unit very much. Libby has seen to it that anything you could ask for is at your fingertips. "If it's not there.... you probablly didn't need it in the first place." The place was very clean (which is always my first prioity) and all the details were handled professionally and efficiently. I couldn't have been more pleased.

My wife and I have just completed a 6 month rental at Libby and Tom's condo. Everything was better than advertised. Everything from the knives and forks to the bedding is upgraded from the usual "condo packages". The kitchen utensils and appliances are outstanding as we put them to good use during our stay. Libby was always available to answer any questions pertaining to the unit and the property. The property is also meticulosly maintained by the house staff. I would highly recommend Libby's condo for weekly, monthly, and long term. I will definitly be staying here again for a winter rental. The t.v. cable is upgraded to more than the normal channels all in H.D. and includes a dvr. Also there is a movie library in the living room with nearly 300 titles, many in blue ray. I have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for over 20 yrs. in nearly 20 different condos and Libby's ranks up at the top. If you like to entertain during your stay you will most definitly appreciate the excellently appointed kitchen,hands down. Location is also a big plus. It is a 5 min drive to Barefoot Landing, a large supermarket,and many local restaurants. LOVED IT!!!!

I usually never write reviews but feel I need to on this one. My family and our close friends wanted to take our kids to the beach as a group this year and were looking for something with everything: location, amenities, and that home feeling. We had 4 adults and five kids ranging from 3-7 in age. We read the reviews for this place and honestly looked no further. Our expectations of the condo were very high. When we arrived the four adults had one common thought: WOW!!!! What we saw exceeded our expectations!!!! Tom and Libby put it all out there in their description. But what they cant put out there is the feeling of Welcome Home when you walk in. EVERY SINGLE THING IN THIS HOME IS TOP NOTCH! (The ice maker saves you about $50 for the week). The furniture, the appliances, the cook ware, EVERYTHING is of top quality. The beach location is wonderful. Not too crowded at all and the lazy river and pool were clean and plenty big. I fell When you go on vacation you want to get away. But you do miss your home. Tom and Libby eliminate that feeling and have, in our opinion, risen the bar for vacation rental. Our future trips to NMB will be planned according to the availibilty of this home. There is no reason to look any further. I will recommend this to everyone. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

Our thanks to you and Tom for sharing your home with us last week. We had a wonderful time and I was so excited to find that your condo wasn’t ‘stripped down’ to the bare bones like the other places we’ve stayed – it was the little things like the water cooler and the playing cards and a pad of paper to keep score and the zip lock bags just in case we needed to store something that really made us feel at home. Everyone in our group was very pleased with the condo and all the indulgences that we found there- we had plenty of elbow room and I think my son was getting very accustomed to having his own bathroom by the end of the week ! Thank you again for your part in helping us have a wonderful week at the beach

windy hill is our favorite section of the grand strand, mainly because the beachfront isn't as crowded and yet it's still close to all of the area attractions. we've stayed at other places at windy hill and even at windy hill dunes, but this condo is our all-time favorite. i've never stayed in such a well-equipped place - from the hundreds of dvds/bluray discs, to the fully-stocked kitchen, to the closet full of beach chairs and even sand toys, we didn't need to bring a thing. the place is roomy and bright and beautifully decorated. the owners definitely know what it takes to provide a stress-free trip.

Nothing but the best! We consider ourselves semi-professional beach renters having rented houses/condos on both coasts and in three different countries and we have never encountered a more well appointed and comfortable place as Libby & Tom’s. The spaciousness, the attention to detail, the views all make this a truly wonderful place to spend well earned vacation time. When you first enter you feel as if you have entered Libby & Tom’s home and within minutes you feel as if you are home. We were guests in Libby & Tom's condo from 9/5/09 thru 9/12/09. I have been coming to NMB for almost 30 years and this was by far one of the nicest units I have ever stayed in. The keyless entry was fabulous...no fumbling for keys!! We have styed in WHD's since it opened in 2000. This unit just beat every other unit we have stayed in...hands down. The amenities and attention to detail are very evident. Just a fabulous time was had by everyone in our party. Oh and the weather was absolutely gorgeous too!!

We had a very good time in your condo this summer. It had alot of room and plenty of sleeping space. Parking was NOT a problem. We watched the fireworks at Barefoot Landing from the top floor of the parking deck (while eatting KK donuts). The view was wonderful. Thanks and have a great year.

Thanks Libby, we have had a wonderful time here in your lovely condo. And yes, it has gone by much too quickly. We have never seen a more organized place nor one more well equipped. We have had wonderful weather except for a couple of really cool days when it was cool everywhere, I think.. Today was the first time we had rain during the day. But we really did have storm. We have really appreciated the "no key" entrance system you have. It makes it so much easier for everyone. The parking was great and so were the other amenities. Hopefully we'll be able to come back next year.

I recently rented this condo for a month. My stay there was comfortable and relaxed. The condo is fully equipped and has a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck and the master bedroom. Libby and Tom made the VRBO process smooth, easy and friendly. The condo property was well maintained. We used the pool, lazy river, grill and exercise room. Tom and Libby have done a great job making this condo so well equiped, its almost better than home. The view is great, the accomodations are 2nd to none. The keyless entry is so nice. The blender was used a couple times and delivered some tasty margaritas. Books, DVD's, flat screens, games....you name it, they have it here. Very close to a lot of the local attractions. We entertained some friends last night and they were very surprised at beatiful the place is. I think they need to adopt my wife and I :)

This is a lovely condo and Libby and Tom have made sure it has everything you could possibly need to have a relaxing vacation. A lot of attention has been given to insuring that the guests are comfortable and want for nothing. The facility is very clean and the condo was spotless. There are lots of little extras here that you won't find from other owners. We especially appreciated the pushbutton entry door which eliminated the need of worrying about keys. We've stayed at several very nice places in North Myrtle but this was the nicest and our favorite. The design and layout offer privacy if you have several couples in the group. We plan to rent here again whenever we head for the beach.

We love your condo and are planning to return next year. It's very well equipped and you've done a great job of anticipating guest's needs. We really appreciated the keyless lock so we didn't have to worry about who had the key. The TV's are wonderful and Windy Hill Dunes is a great property.
