This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in Arrowhead Lakes. There is a great view of the lake from the master bedroom suite or the backyard and patio. Sit in the pool and relax while enjoying the lake view. Or, fish from your private boat dock with provided fishing poles and tackle. You can also cruise the lake in a private pedal boat (life preservers provided).
The well designed, split floor plan is great for families,couples, or business groups. The Great Room has a gas fireplace, 50 inch HD TV with digital cable and a DVD/VHS player and Playstation 2. Eat-in Kitchen comes equipped with coffee maker, blender, mixer, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, etc.
Master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, 24 inch TV with a DVD/VHS player and digital cable, and a large master bath featuring a separate shower and garden tub. Second and third bedrooms include queen sized bed, a 24 inch TV with a DVD/VHS player and basic cable.
All three bedrooms feature Serta pillowtop mattresses, ceiling fans and walk-in closets. Home has free high speed wireless internet (so bring your laptops) and free local phone calls. Outside also features a pedal boat and life preservers, a fenced pool, gas barbeque, covered patio with furniture, and private boat dock along with fishing poles and tackle. We can provide a high chair and Graco Pack N Play (portable crib) free of charge if requested.
We are conveniently located near the 101 freeway with easy access to Sky Harbor Airport and numerous activities including public golf courses, Cardinals Stadium, Westgate, Spring Training Stadiums, shopping, and restaurants.

My family and I would like to thank Laura and Rafael for allowing us the priviledge to stay at their beautiful home on Arrowhead Lake in Phoenix, Az. Nothing could have been any more perfect. The location, the setting, the layout of the home was perfect for a family, very spacious, furnished with everything anyone could possibly need, a beautiful decor, and most important immuculately clean. It made our visit to Arziona complete in every way. Again many thanks to Laura and Rafael especially for the frest fruit and juice in the fridge for us due to a delayed flight.

My husband and I (60+ years) plus my mother (89 years) stayed in this home for nine days in January 2012. We were so happy to have rented this home instead of hotel rooms. The home is very clean and comfortable. The photos are accurate. My grandchildren came to visit and used the paddle boat - I'm from Minnesota and it was great seeing a lake in Arizona! I have already recommended the property to my son and his family who will be visiting Arizona this year. It certainly is a comfortable place to stay.

We loved the house it was VERY clean and comfortable. We would stay there in the future and plan to return in the next year or two. I would not even shop for a different rental. We loved that all the supplies were there for us and did not have to buy items such as laundry detergent, toilet paper and coffee.

This extremely clean and gracious house is ideally located close to great amenities. We loved the water access in the backyard and the covered patio. It comes with use of a paddle boat and life jackets. The kitchen with a breakfast area as well as a separate dining room gave us all the space we needed. We highly recommend this vacation house.

This was a wonderful quiet place to stay for vacation for all ages. Very close to everything, shopping, baseball fields, surrounding cities. We were there for a baseball tournament with two teenagers who loved having the pool. The lake in the back yard is very calm & pretty, not much traffic at all in the water, very peaceful. The house was very nice, clean & had everything we needed. The owners are close by if you need anything and were great to work with.

I would definitely stay here again. The home was exactly what we wanted and Laura takes a thoughtful approach to amenities that makes the stay so much nicer. The home is very clean and in a very nice area. Sitting on the porch enjoying the lake was wonderful, if you are a bird watcher take your binoculars and camera you will not be disappointed!

We found this home to be excellent. It was very well stocked. Rafael and Laura thought of everything. The home was clean, and all furnishings were in excellent shape. The outside was just as cared for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, and would not hesitate to rent again when we come back. The owners were easy to work with, and met us when we checked in. Nice.

This is our second stay in this home. Over the years we've stayed at many rental homes on the north side of Phoenix, and this is definitely our favorite. It really feels like home. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed in this very clean, fully stocked home during spring training and thoroughly enjoyed it! The owners were more than gracious and a phone call away if we needed them. The location is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway and the sports stadium making it perfect for our daily baseball fix! We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to spend some time in the Peoria/Glendale area.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO property. The home was comfortable and very clean. This location is centrally located and right next to the 101 making it easy to get to anything. We especially enjoyed the patio which sits right on the little community lake and was very relaxing after a day of baseball and shopping. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the beautiful swimming pool. . . . . . . it was very enticing but very cold. We recommend this property to any family wanting to enjoy the area.
