My family and I stayed at this wonderful home for week while we were getting ready for my daughter's wedding. The kitchen was one of the best features as we prepared a lot of the food for the outdoor wedding reception. There six of staying at the house and we never felt crowded. My husband and brother-in-law enjoyed fishing while we were busy cooking. In the mornings, it was so quiet and peaceful, walking in the neighborhood. The home was beautiful, clean and exceptionally maintained. I look forward in the future of staying here again. Rafael, again, I apologize, no one knows how that door got locked, but thank you for coming to let us in.

My husband and I (60+ years) plus my mother (89 years) stayed in this home for nine days in January 2012. We were so happy to have rented this home instead of hotel rooms. The home is very clean and comfortable. The photos are accurate. My grandchildren came to visit and used the paddle boat - I'm from Minnesota and it was great seeing a lake in Arizona! I have already recommended the property to my son and his family who will be visiting Arizona this year. It certainly is a comfortable place to stay.

This extremely clean and gracious house is ideally located close to great amenities. We loved the water access in the backyard and the covered patio. It comes with use of a paddle boat and life jackets. The kitchen with a breakfast area as well as a separate dining room gave us all the space we needed. We highly recommend this vacation house.

We loved the house it was VERY clean and comfortable. We would stay there in the future and plan to return in the next year or two. I would not even shop for a different rental. We loved that all the supplies were there for us and did not have to buy items such as laundry detergent, toilet paper and coffee.

This was a wonderful quiet place to stay for vacation for all ages. Very close to everything, shopping, baseball fields, surrounding cities. We were there for a baseball tournament with two teenagers who loved having the pool. The lake in the back yard is very calm & pretty, not much traffic at all in the water, very peaceful. The house was very nice, clean & had everything we needed. The owners are close by if you need anything and were great to work with.

I would definitely stay here again. The home was exactly what we wanted and Laura takes a thoughtful approach to amenities that makes the stay so much nicer. The home is very clean and in a very nice area. Sitting on the porch enjoying the lake was wonderful, if you are a bird watcher take your binoculars and camera you will not be disappointed!

We found this home to be excellent. It was very well stocked. Rafael and Laura thought of everything. The home was clean, and all furnishings were in excellent shape. The outside was just as cared for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, and would not hesitate to rent again when we come back. The owners were easy to work with, and met us when we checked in. This is our second stay in this home. Over the years we've stayed at many rental homes on the north side of Phoenix, and this is definitely our favorite. It really feels like home. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO property. The home was comfortable and very clean. This location is centrally located and right next to the 101 making it easy to get to anything. We especially enjoyed the patio which sits right on the little community lake and was very relaxing after a day of baseball and shopping. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the beautiful swimming pool. . . . . . . it was very enticing but very cold. We recommend this property to any family wanting to enjoy the area.

We stayed in this very clean, fully stocked home during spring training and thoroughly enjoyed it! The owners were more than gracious and a phone call away if we needed them. The location is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway and the sports stadium making it perfect for our daily baseball fix! We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to spend some time in the Peoria/Glendale area.

House was everything promised & then some! Owners were very friendly & added to our stay! The house is nicely appointed & VERY livable. There were a total of five in our group & they independently say.... "this is where they want to stay on our next visit!" Given our experience last year in a VRBO in CA, we were apprehensive. No worries here!!! Excellant access to 101 freeway; to grocery stores; to hiking trail; paddle boat; etc.

Our family vacation over the long Thanksgiving holiday could not have been better spent any where else! We all enjoyed this beautiful setting on the lake...fishing, paddle boating & relaxing. The Master bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

I would recommend this property to everyone. The layout of the house was excellent and was quite comfortable for 6 adult males.It was also very clean. The use of the boat and fishing equipment were an added bonus (caught several fish), as we were there to golf and go to a hockey game. This property is easy to find and convenient to many ammenties. This house is everything it says it is. We stayed here for 4 days and loved it. The owners were very good to work with and accomodating. They have fishing gear for you to use, coffee is supplied and the home is spotless. We loved the Arrowhead area as well.

The listing discription was accurate and It looks just like the photos. The owners are exceptional in making you feel comfortable and welcome to stay in their property and provided the needed amendities to make sure you had a good vacation. The gas BBQ worked well and they even provided an extra bottle of propane if needed. Everything in the house worked as advertised. We had a wonderful vacation experience enjoyed with our family. We would have paid an additional fee to have heated the pool. We highly recommend this property! Thank you!

All I can say is WOW!! This place was perfect. This is the perfect house for the family. The house was incredibly clean and well kept when we arrived. Rafael and Laura were amazing to work with and they delivered as promised. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone. We had an incredible time from the pool, to the fishing and the paddle boat was a blast. The house was so well stocked with everything you could imagine. We created a Spring Training vacation for our Illinois family and Arizona relatives and this house made it all perfect! Laura and Rafael are great hosts and the house was just as shown, immaculate, and had all the supplies we could need. The neighborhood is beautiful, and we traveled to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Maricopa and Sedona while we were in town. If you are looking for a great place to relax, this property should be on your list!

Four of us stayed here for two weeks in March, 2010 for a Spring Training vacation. The location was ideal for travel to a number of training sites. The accommodations were outstanding and exactly as the pictures appear. Absolutely recommend this property as I have stayed in three others in the Glendale area and this ranks as the best.

Our stay between Jan 1, and March 1, 2010 was an excellent experience at Laura and Rafael's rent home. This was our second winter at their home and has always been great . The home is always clean and well maintained, and equipped with all the supplies you will ever need. It is close to nice grocery shopping, restaurants and malls. Laura and Rafael will make your stay comfortable and if you have any questions, they will respond quickly. Hope to return soon and I know you will enjoy your stay as we have.

This is the 10th place I’ve rented and it ranks right up there with the best. House is very well maintained. My son and I really enjoyed our stay. We rented a car so having the garage remote was very convenient. A lot of nice extras; plenty of towels, TV’s in each bedroom (even though we didn’t use them), loved having the individual supply of coffee each morning, first house I seen that even supplied shampoo, soap, and body wash.The back patio is great to sit out and relax next to pool, Wifi worked very well. There is a nice shopping area about a mile or so south. A quick freeway trip (10 miles) to the Football stadium. Highly recommend.

My husband, my three-year-old daughter and I stayed here in the beginning of August for 6 nights. We fell in love with the house. It had absolutely everything we needed. The pool was wonderful, and we enjoyed taking the boat on the lake several times. Everything was very safe for toddlers, the pool and lake were gated, and the house was neat and uncluttered. There were many nice touches, such as a basket of toys, and a basket of local maps and tour books. The neighborhood was peaceful, and there were grocery stores and restaurants close by. I can't think of a more perfect place for our family to stay while in Phoenix. Thank you Laura and Rafael!

We had a great week in your home. Vacationing with teenagers is never easy, but they all found something to do between the lake, pool and big screen t.v. We stayed at this house in early April 2009. Our stay was perfect. Laura was great to work with and she had the house absolutely immaculate upon our arrival. The home is in a quiet neigborhood, and being on the small lake was a definite plus. Getting up early in the morning and going down to the dock and catching bass all morning was a great way to start each day of vacation. The house was comfortable and had all the ammenities we needed. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Phoenix!

Our family had a wonderful time at your clean, well equipped, comfortable home. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the paddle boat. It was a little too cold to spend much time in the pool. In the area we all liked hiking the trails of Thunderbird Park, just a few miles away. Our grandson said his dream came true when they saw lizards off the path in the park. This is the second time we have rented a home in the Arrowhead area and it is truly our favorite part of Phoenix.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend stay in your home. After living in the east valley for seven years it was nice to discover the northwest side of Phoenix. The home was very clean and the Master bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed walking through the Arrowhead Lakes neighborhood in the early morning. The location was ideal for catching some Milwaukee Brewer Spring Training games.

Our family truly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this home over the Christmas holidays. Everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated (even a Christmas tree!). The beds were most comfortable--a requirement of ours when we travel. We were visiting family and sightseeing so the location was ideal--close to shopping and the freeways. We appreciated Laura's efficiency in all aspects of the process. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and far better than we could have imagined. Laura made everything so easy for us and anticipated our needs. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be coming back. This was the perfect house for our family. We had 3 adults and 2 children and there was PLENTY of space for us. The house was very clean and we were surprised of all the conveniences that were thought of - every need was anticipated. The kids loved the boat and the fishing. It definitely made us feel like we were on 'vacation'. The home is conveniently located to everything. So, we were able to take a quick trip and go to the zoo for the day. Anyway, a perfect place to stay as a couple, a family or a friends get-a-way. We will definitley be back!

We rented this home from April 4, 2008 thru April 11, 2008. The temperature was in the upper 70's to lower 80's. I have to agree with the other comments. This home was very well equipped, located in a very safe neighborhood, has a great pool, fun pedal boat, very clean etc. There was lots of room for six adults. There are several fountains and waterfalls in the neighborhood. Some are lighted. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It is located a couple blocks from the 101 freeway and about a mile from shopping, restaurants, gas etc. Laura was great to work with. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. You won't be disappointed.

A wondefrul, clean well mainatined home. We especially appreciated the interest the owners took in making our stay comfortable and our vacation pleasant. The home was perfect for our needs and the location was ideal for getting to tourist sites and ball games.The lakeside location was unique for our previous Phoenix vacations and added a lot. About the only suggestions would have been better access to the pool and maybe a few more pots and pans and sharp knives. But these were only small details in an otherwise excellent stay

We stayed in this beautiful arrowhead lakes home for three nights and loved it. It was better then staying at a five star hotel. They thought of everything from towels, coffee, soaps, shampoos. The house was beautiful and had three nice bedrooms, all with tv's. We definitely plan to stay there again in the future. It is a great deal for the money.

Our family of 4 just finished an 8 day stay here over the Christmas Holiday. The house is just as perfect as the pictures and other guest comments state it is. The owners are very caring and attentive. We were even contacted a few days before our arrival and asked if we liked Christmas decorations or would we like them removed before we arrived. The house was very tastefully decorated for the holiday, making us feel at home. The temperature during our stay was only in the 50s, so we didn't take advantage of the paddle boat and the pool is not heated for winter use. The location is perfect with easy access to highways that will take you all over the Phoenix area or even the state of Arizona. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. I have never rented a vacation home before and was overjoyed with the results. I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

My husband and I spent two wonderful weeks at this property at the beginning of November. The house is really nicely decorated and very comfortable. Having the boat available is also a real bonus. The house is in an excellent area for getting around, being just off the 101 Loop and not far from the I17. It is also close to a number of shops and restaurants, as well as the Arrowhead Mall.
