Nicely decorated chalet with 50 feet of frontage on Lake Charlevoix. There is a boat dock with a patio on the lake along with a mooring to accommodate our boating guests.

The view of the lake and surrounding hills from the master bedroom balcony is spectacular. The deck on the main level is spacious and furnished with a great view. It is ideal for cook outs and remains shaded throughout the day.

The newly installed Air Conditioning is becoming a must with the warmer summers. Our Manager lives two houses down and is available for any questions or needs.

Why the Owner Chose Charlevoix

We love the views of the lake. It never looks the same twice. Even when we are working on a project at the Chalet, if you take a break and take in the view, you are renewed.

The Unique Benefits at this Chalet

The view from the master bedroom balcony is pretty special. With the hotter summers the central air is nice. We get deer and turkeys walking through the back yard. Big fish cruise the drop off in front of the house.

 

Owner's Map of Charlevoix

Sandy and Tom have been married 37 years. We fell in love with the Lake Charlevoix area and purchased the Chalet. We enjoy sailing and fishing on the lake. Our 14 year old granddaughter recently caught a 21 inch - 4.25 lb. Small Mouth Bass by the entrance to the Harborage Marina.

    • My family stayed here for a week in July. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The chalet is in tip top shape, the deck off the living room is wonderful for family dinners. We also loved the view of the lake. We would stay here again.

    • Our family has enjoyed staying at this Chalet on three previous occasions for a week during July. It is in excellent condition, very clean and comfortable and affords many conveniences. It has a nice deck off the front room to have barbeques and family gatherings while enjoying beautiful views of Lake Charlevoix. There is also a small platform deck on the beach to sit by the shoreline. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay!! *****
