This two bedroom , two bath unit is located on the 8th floor overlooking the beautifully landscaped lagoon pool, spa and children's pool. One can relax on the terrace and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Resort as well as the Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
This unit is conveniently located near the entrance of the main builidng. The main resort building known as the Clubhouse houses on-site registration and check in, a polynesian day spa, the fitness center and conference meeting rooms. The parking garage is also located for convenient access to this unit.
The Palms of Destin is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Destin has to offer. This unit sleeps four to six people with the following accommodations: a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a set of trundle beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. There are three flat screen TVs located in the bedrooms and the living area and a DVD player. For your comfort, a full-size kitchen and dining area are in the unit.
The Resort provides an affordable family friendly environment just across the street from the famed Emerald Coast Beaches with an array of amenities just outside the door. You may want to begin your day with a cup of coffee from Bean Trader featuring starbucks coffee... later relax by the pool while you enjoy poolside beverage service or hop on the shuttle and enjoy a day at the beach at Henderson Beach State Park just minutes away. In the afternoon, enjoy luxurious spa treatments or take in a game of tennis or challenge a friend to a game of basketball. The kids might enjoy the playground area.
In the evening, dine on-site overlooking the pool and fountains at Sago or head across the street for fine dining at Ruth's Chris Steak House. The Destin Commons shopping mall, just a short distance away, will provide a variety of up scale stores for your shopping pleasure and a movie theater should you desire a night out at the movies. Our family loved staying in this condo. It is well stocked and comfortable. The pools are fabulous! Very nicce place and highly recommend for families.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Just got back from a Labor Day weekend family vacation at this facility and it was everything described, plus more!!! The facilites are fantastic and the condo is plenty spacious and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is over the pool and you can also see the beach. The pool is one of the best I have seen at any resort; plenty of room even when it is crowded. The gym has all new Life Fitness equipment and is very nice and spacious as well. All the great restaurants are nearby and the best Wal-Mart in the world is right next door for all your grocery needs. We cannot say enough about this place. This was first class everything. Thanks Diane for all your help in making this such an effortless vacation. Can't wait to go back.

Had a wonderful five night, six day stay at this unit. It is better than described. The room setup is perfect for a family of four and the resort amenities and decor are five star. The pool area is so nice and clean that you may not make it to the beach. There are plenty of activities at the pool for younger children and the pool area is so large that it's easy to find a private spot for you and your family to play together. Going to the beach is extremely painless...less than 5 minutes. And, Henderson Beach is beautiful--the sand and water are just as the pictures show. Diane has been a wonderful person to work with on the rental of this unit. Her advice and guidance was very helpful and she has been responsive to every email and phone call. Her customer service is top notch. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. In fact, our family is already looking forward to our next trip.
