This is a new, (2003) luxury condo-hotel unit directly on St Pete Beach. A beautiful, heated pool and hot tub are located in a secluded section of the property.The pool area overlooks the white, sandy beach and Gulf. You can watch the sunset relaxing in the hot-tub or swimming in the pool.
This unit has a spacious floor plan with an efficiently designed, well-lighted kitchen area, dining area and living room. A washer and dryer are conveniently located right in the unit. A large balcony with a Gulf view is accessible from the master bedroom and the living room. The pool area can be viewed from the balcony. Morning sun is always available! Access to the white sandy beach is just steps away.
Fully furnished and professionally decorated, the unit is well maintained. The kitchen comes fully equipped. A blender is also available to perk up "happy" hour. The living area has beige tile for easy clean up and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A second sleeping area is available with a day bed and an additional twin-size bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area to allow a total of six adults to sleep comfortably. The dining area is located between the living and the kitchen areas.
Located right on gorgeous St Pete Beach, the Condo is within minutes of several casual and upscale restaurants such as Hurricane, and within walking distance of shopping areas and miniature golf. Busch Gardens is nearby and Disney World is just a two hour drive. Playgrounds for the kids are minutes away. The Don Cesar Hotel is just down the street within walking distance. Gulf Blvd has several dining areas, exclusive shops and other entertainment complexes that are located along the beach.
There is construction going on just south of us on the Beach. It is now fully enclosed and near completion. |
