This is a new, (2003), luxury condo-hotel unit located directly on St Pete's Beach. Our unit has a spacious floor plan with an efficiently designed, well-lighted kitchen area, dining room area and living room. There is a brand new (2008) flat screen TV with high definition and DVD player in the living room. The master bedroom is equipped with a 2nd flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The 2nd bedroom now a TV too !!! So there is plenty of areas to view television when not enjoying the beach, the pool and warm Florida sunshine !!!
Our place at the beach comes with the following amentities:
2 full bedrooms(queen size beds) with privacy and a pull out couch in the living room to sleep up to 6 people.
2 full bathrooms and showers one directly off the master bedroom.
A fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
A washer & dryer so no need to bring lot's of clothing
The living area has beige tile for easy clean up and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. There is a balcony that overlooks the heated pool and hot tub area with a view of the clean, white sand of St. Pete's Beach. Ah the BEACH !!!!
Located right on gorgeous St Pete Beach,our Condo is a short walk to the famous Don Cesar Hotel & Resort. There are beach bars nearby, upscale restaurants or casual, depending on your mood and budget. You can shop to you drop on Gulf Blvd or travel inland to malls and the many shopping areas that St. Pete's/ Tampa Bay can offer. Grocery stores are plentiful and so close you could walk if you choose.
Walt Disney World is a 2 hour drive while Busch Gardens is nearby.Playgrounds for kids are just minutes away as is golf for those who enjoy to play.
We truly love it here and we know you will too !!! So come on down and take a stroll on St. Pete's Beach. Life's too short go to the Beach !!!!

I bought this vacation rental after spending many Spring vacations here on St. Pete's Beach with my family. I loved the idea of having a home away from home for my vacation. Our place here has all the amentities of home while sitting right on the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I offer 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a pull out couch which allows you to sleep up to 6. There are 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen and eating area. There is a washer and dryer in our unit so you don't have to bring so many changes of clothes. I have added a flat screen TV in the living room (2008) and master bedroom (2009) for your enjoyment. There is also now a TV in the 2nd bedroom too (2009)

My wife, 11 year old daughter and I just got back from a one week stay at this unit, the beach is absolutely fantastic, we had great weather so the sunsets were great every evening, the pool and hot tub area is very nice, the pool is heated to 86 degrees! the unit itself very well kept, very clean! new fridge, coffee maker and blender. also having a washer and dryer in the condo is great so you can pack light. the location of this condo is very nice too, its quiet, easy to get to, and tons to do within walking distance or a short drive, everything Patrick says about the condo is true! we really had a great time and would book this place again in a heartbeat! can't wait for our next trip here, thanks Patrick!

We just got back last night after spending the week in this wonderful condo, everything about it was better than we expected. We saw dolphins while sitting on the patio and even had one come within 10 feet of us when we swam out in the gulf! There is a huge sandbar out in front of this location so you can swim out and enjoy searching for sand dollars,shells and catch the numerous dolphin sightings up close. Cabana rentals are out in front as well which made this even better. The unit itself was well kept and very quiet,it was very relaxing and the staff there was so nice and helpful as well. Everything is very close by and easily within walking distance or a short drive.Already starting to plan out next year so we can come back and stay here again! I highly recommend it except on the week I want to stay there! lol

My family and I have stayed in this condo for the past two years and have already booked it for this summer. The location is awesome - nearby shopping, restaurants, movies, etc. The beach is very private and quiet. We have even made friends with another family and enjoy seeing them every year. I have two grown teenagers/young adults (17 & 21) and they both look forward to going every year. Patrick and the condo people are awesome and very helpful. The condo is clean and updated. Nice pool area with grills and tables also. The condo is also right on the beach.

My adult daughter and I spent a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. We love this area because it is not commercial. We feel like actual residents when we stay in the St. Pete Beach area.The condo was very clean and quiet. We loved having a washer and dryer.We only packed a carry-on and avoided baggage fees and that was a plus!!!! The condo had everything we needed and we felt right at home.The view from the balcony was awesome. We enjoyed eating and watching the birds and dolphins from there. The pool and hot tub were both great. Never too crowded. Patrick was great to deal with. Stay here you will be very comfortable especially since there is no smoking allowed. We were very happy about not dealing with nasty odors.We will be back!!!!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and wanted a place apart from the excitement, we were thrilled with the quiet pleasent surrondings. The beach view is limited in this unit, however it is clean and well stocked as condo's go. It proved to be a wonderful hide-out, yet close to so many great places to eat and a shopping center within walking distance if you forgot anything. Pool and hot tub were nice as well. We will come back to this one when in St. Pete..

We stayed at this condo for 1 week and loved it! I can't wait to go back. This condo is incredible clean and well maintained. It is located right on the beach within walking distance to many restaurants and beach bars (the "Undertow" is my favorite, great food, great prices!) The pool and hot tub were a refreshing break from the heat of the beach. The condo has two Grills on premises, and there is a grocery store about one block away. If you like to just walk the beach this is the place for you! We would highly recommend this condo, the owner provided excellent customer service and the staff on site were very friendly. If you choose to stay here you definatley will not be disappointed!

The condo is in an excellent location, close to everything that you need, it was clean, and well kept. The only thing that was disappointing was we were not made aware that this is a non-smoking building. We can respect that, but wish we were told of this when we spoke to the rental agent. It did not ruin our fun in the sun and would recommend this unit to anyone that is thinking of going to St. Pete's Beach.

We enjoyed staying at this condo on St. Pete's Beach. We stayed for 2 weeks, and had much more room and amenities than at a motel efficiency. The location was good. The furniture and rugs were somewhat stained and dirty and the vertical blinds needed some replacement and repair, but for the most part the property was well maintained. The rooms were quiet and the pool and hot tub were heated nicely. We could use them even in cool weather. I would recommend this property to my friends.
Owner response: I have replaced the blinds and the carpeting last year when new Management took over. This is great beach getaway
