Enjoy the view from the living room, dining room or master bedroom, or sit and sip your favorite refreshment on the comfortable loungers on the 10 by 40 foot terrace overlooking the pool and quiet beach. Watch the whales and dolphins from your bedroom.
This new two bedroom, two bathroom condominium comes complete with all the amenities of a contemporary, luxury condominium. The complex offers complete security with an intercom system and secure parking, an elevator, a large infinity pool and pool deck area with restroom, outdoor shower and barbeque, private stairs to the beach, and attractive landscaping. The condo is elegantly decorated with modern decor and includes all the conveniences you might want, including: air conditioning in each room, ceiling fans, English-language satellite TV, DVD player, CD player/radio, large refrigerator, six burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, plenty of quality dishes, glasses and cooking utensils, washer and dryer, iron and board, linens, beach bag with towels, and games. We request no smoking please, and suggest that the unit is not well-suited for small children.
Condo Playa y Sol is situated right on the beach in the lovely fishing village of Bucerias, a short 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta airport. The condominium is located in a small, 18-unit building (Punta Plata) and is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac next to a palm tree lined pedestrian boulevard that leads directly to the beach. It is only three short blocks to the town square, market, shopping and many restaurants, both Mexican and others.
Bucerias offers some of the best beaches on the bay and a chance to experience the charm of an authentic Mexican town. The relaxed pace of the town provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. Although Bucerias isn't yet on the main tourist trail, it offers a real variety of coffee shops and quality restaurants including Italian, Mediterranean, fine dining, California cuisine, sports bars, and even an Irish Pub as well as, of course, a good selection of Mexican restaurants. Internet cafes are numerous, and if you pick the right one you can sip on a beer or margarita while you surf!
Activities nearby for those that don't just want to relax and soak up the sun include: golf, fishing, whale or dolphin watching, horseback riding, para-sailing, "banana boat" rides, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, boogie boarding, and surfing further up the coast. Puerto Vallarta is a short bus ride, taxi ride, or drive away and offers excellent shopping and entertainment.
