This great unit has new carpet, fresh paint and a new laminate entry way. It has been kept in pristine condition. In bedroom one, there are two single beds. In bedroom two, there are two single beds. In bedroom three, there is a king bed. It is in an excellent location, being less than five miles from the famous boardwalk. It is also about 30 minutes to Rehoboth Beach in Delaware, home of tax free shopping.

You have an astounding view from your balcony; not only of the Assawoman Bay, but also of all of Coastal Highway. You can catch the sunrise over the ocean off of the sundeck on the second floor, and see the sunset over the bay off of your balcony.

There is a 25 year age minimum. Sorry, no student groups. No pets are allowed.
