Ahh – Relaxation – that is what you get when staying in our spacious 1 bedroom unit DIRECTLY ON THE GULF OF MEXICO BEACH. Relax as you look at the gulf views from all rooms or as you sit on the balcony.
This lovely condo is located on the 3rd floor of the desirable Beachside Two building and offers breathtaking views of the emerald green waters and white sand beaches. This condo has been professionally decorated and filled with all you could need for your escape to the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
This spacious ONE BEDROOM, ONE BATHROOM unit is well-equipped and has everything you will need for your stay. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping quarters if needed.
You will enjoy the Gulf views as soon as you walk in with a wall of windows in the living area facing directly to the gulf. Through the sliding door, there is an oversized balcony with seating to enjoy the gulf breeze and the lapping of the waves. As you enter the bedroom, there is another wall of windows – the perfect view to wake up to!

The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre resort located on the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, over 40 restaurants, live entertainment, tennis, spa, marina, children’s activities, numerous shops and much more.
Amenities: Two TV's, DVD, washer, dryer, fully equipped with linens provided (excluding beach towels).
FINANCIAL INFO: Pricing is current for 2009. We require a 3 night minimum. Additional fees include 11.5% Florida tax and cleaning fee of $85. We also require a $200 security deposit which is fully refundable if there is no damage to the unit. We accept personal checks and money orders, sorry no credit cards.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

We have returned home from our stay at Beachside II. I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time. The condo was exactly how it was described, including the relaxing view! We were extremely pleased with the condo and the furnishings and would re-book without hesitation in the future (if we can arrange another childless vacation :) ). Thank you for your accurate and prompt attention to details.

Just wanted to say that we had a really AMAZING time last week. Its amazing to be so close to the sea. My son LOVED the sea and we went and met the waves everyday. Its so strange and wonderful to be in your T-shirt everyday. The outlet malls were also great but for a different reason that just the shopping (though that was great too ) They had a gorgeous Christmas tree with a sound and music show every night. The condo looked great - even better than the pics and was sparkling clean. This was the best Christmas we have ever had
