Our house is a new, single story with all the amenities of home. There are solid surface counter tops in the kitchen, with all new appliances. Make yourself comfortable and save money by eating at home. The ceiling fans in each room keep the air moving in the evening hours. The two car garage, with garage door opener, makes bringing in groceries or shopping bags convenient.

The master bedroom suite has a walk-in closet to help organize your many outfits,which you will want to bring to enjoy the night life and day time fun to be had while in Las Vegas. The master bathroom has a tub and shower combination and double vanity, to make getting ready in the morning that much easier. The king size bed in the master is roomy and comfy.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and ceiling fan as well.
The third bedroom is also furnished with a queen sized bed.The second bathroom is a generous size, with double vanity and large tub and shower combination. The vanity is separated by a door, to make for convenient sharing of a bathroom.

Basic cable is included in the rent, as well as local telephone and utilities.
