This was our first trip to Beaver Lake and our first time renting a vacation home. We have really enjoyed our stay. Your home is lovely and we felt comfortable here right away. Enjoyed the cabin decor and the books. Also love the leather rocker. Hope to be back sometime when it is cool so we can spend more time on the porch. Thank you for making your home available. My husband and I came here to celebrate our 1st anniversary. I have been to Beaver Lake my whole life and showing my husband around has been so much fun! He LOVES the fishing. I love the peace and quiet, watching for deer and the coziness your cabin provides. It's time to go to the Buss Stop for ice cream and fireworks from Lost Bridge Village. Can't wait!

I cannot express how much this trip to this cabin has done for our family. We are a couple with a 15 year old boy (that would fish 24/7 if he could) and a 14 year old girl that needs some time spent in a stress-free environment. Everything is exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home. We hope to do this EVERY year now. The deer that were in the back yard were neat to watch. WE WILL BE BACK! This is our 3rd stay at the cabin. Our stays here are always enjoyable. The screened-in porch is fabulous! We had the chance to use the wood stove and we loved the experience. We always enjoy getting out on the lake. It is so beautiful! We love the fact that people wave to you and drive slow around here, a pleasant change from the hustle and craziness of the city. We had a wonderful time cooking, eating, drinking and laughing. We can't wait to be back, and we haven't left yet! We will miss the quiet and sitting on the porch watching for deer. Thank you for sharing your cabin!

The perfect place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing Thanksgiving! We woke up to ice-covered trees and chilly temps - a perfect day to enjoy a warm fire and cook a feast! Your cabin is beyond our expectations - truly charming and an amazing place to be! We loved it so much that we put a call into a realtor to find us something similar (if that's possible!) I am a granny now, but when I was a youngster I spent many happy days at my Grannie's cabin in the Beartooth Mts. of south central Montana. Your cabin is a clone of that cabin. Spending a few days here is generating so many precious memories. In addition, we are making memories spending time here with our daughter and her family. Your log home is the perfect spot for our Arkansas visit. And the high point is how clean you keep the cabin.

Latham's Log Cabin will always be a memorable experience for us from Connecticut. Loved the look and feel of the cabin. The lake was refreshing and peaceful. Our dogs truly enjoyed swimming and jumping into Beaver Lake. Hope to return soon. Thank you!

Thank you so much for the use of your cabin. It's so rustic (in a good way!) and homey. I hope you don't mind, but I'm borrowing some of your ideas in decor for our own cabin! We saw deer, including a fawn and a pileated woodpecker, among other creatures. Kelsey caught a 14 lb. Striper bass! We went boating & skiing in the rain. We all wish we could stay longer! I guess we'll have to come back - maybe in the fall. Thanks again!
