One block away is the new Singleton/Collier Beach Park featuring 3 ball fields, 4 tennis courts, basketball courts, walking/running trails, playground area and many other park facilities.

Each bedroom in this beautiful home has its own private bath,TV and ceiling fan. There are 2 master suites with king-size beds, a third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and a fourth with a twin bed and a double bed. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have sliders that open onto the front balcony. In the great room there is a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Outside relax by the private pool in a professionally landscaped setting,or,just minutes away, enjoy miles of beautiful sandy beach.

This home has a fully-equipped kitchen, great room with gas fireplace, dining area, large deck with gas grill overlooking private pool, and a 2 car garage. Hi-speed DSL at no extra charge.

Hilton Head Island is a great vacation spot and this home is located right in the middle of the island.
