Just a 2 min. walk to the cove beach and 5-12 more to Indian Neck beaches and jetty, this beautiful home is tucked away in a wooded area of Wellfleet ensuring privacy, quiet and safety. Your comfort is our priority.
Upstairs has an open floor plan perfect for entertaining, including the kitchen, dining room and living room with brand new comfortable seating and A/C unit, as well as a large Master with window A/C* & an en suite bath. Downstairs is a walkout basement with 2 large bedrooms, a mini suite with a half bath and a kitchenette, and a den with TV, games and books for kids. Outside has a huge upper wrap-around deck with 2 gas grills and beautiful wood patio furniture seating. Downstairs is a wooden patio with additional seating, an enclosed outdoor shower and a shed filled with beach accessories, toys and fishing rods. The fully equipped & newly renovated kitchen with brand new stainless steel oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, DVD/VCR, Wi-Fi, printer fireplace, games and a great selection of books are just a sampling of the amenities designed for your comfort. We provide fresh bed and bath linens for your convenience and added value. Come unwind and enjoy your home away from home!
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY- If you need to cancel we will do our best to re-book that week. In the case that we re-book to another party, you will be refunded either your original rental amount or the amount of rent in the new booking, whichever is less. If we are unable to re-book that week you will be responsible for the full amount of rent in your contract. *to date we have always re-booked and refunded all or the majority of our tenant's money.
REFUNDS- in the case that a tenant is not satisfied with the property upon arrival, and the instructions at the house are followed, and if still not satisfied, a reasonable refund will be issued. We want happy tenants!

- Air Conditioning : 1 portable A/C unit in the upstairs living room. A/C available mid June- Mid Sept. only. Window units are planned for the living room and Master bedroom starting summer 2011. Can be requested for other weeks for $100/week.
- Linens Provided : The beds will be made with fresh linens when you arrive and fresh bath towels in the bathrooms. Simply strip the used sheets prior to departure.

We love the proximity to the water, the serenity of the area, and the layout of the house. It is so perfect for entertaining families because of the upper and lower living rooms. Every spring we will continue making new updates and upgrades to the property, until it is magazine worthy!

Overlooking Wellfleet harbor, this restaurant is one of our favorites!
Right on the harbor. They have the best sushi around! You can also visit their location in Eastham on route 6 for your home lobster cookout. Lobster pot is in the bottom right cabinet!
Just a 2 min. walk from the house, this provides a beautiful nature walk to the secluded Indian Neck beach.
This is a gorgeous secluded Bay beach and jetty with awesome views of downtown Wellfleet and harbor.
