New condo with spacious and sunny living room, complete with cozy gas fireplace - Tahoe Donner Condo Rental ** Available for Ski Lease for the 2009 season at $2500/month ** This gorgeous condo in Tahoe Donner, Truckee, is a beautifully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom home. There is a large sunny living, dining area and gourmet kitchen that will satisfy the gourmet chef in our group. Condo sleeps 6 persons using pull out sofabed. Rate includes use of the Tahoe Donner resident amenities, which include two recreation centers with swimming pools, hot tubs, exercise facility, health spa, tennis courts, downhill and cross country ski resorts, equestrian center, Gold Club with 18-golf course and public restaurant, driving range and a private beach on Donner Lake. A nominal charge applies for some activities. Tahoe Donner is conveniently situated at the West end of Truckee. The property is 5 minutes to downtown shopping and restaurants. It is also 10 plus minutes to area ski resorts including Tahoe Donner, Sugarbowl, Squaw, Alpine and Northstar at Tahoe.

$125 Cleaning Fee is required in addition to Rental Fee.
$50 Non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee covers up to $500 in damages.
