This new home was designed from scratch for the luxury rental market. On a gated lot in a gated community with no neighbors on three sides, privacy is assured. Views are spectacular but it's the amenities that make this house special.
Four master bedroom suites each with outdoor shower, steeping tub, private lanai with hot tub, kitchenette and plasma TV/DVD is just the beginning. The main house has a huge lanai bordering the pool; sitting, living, dining and family rooms and a gourmet kitchen. The family room boasts a 4 foot by 8 foot screen for the projection TV/DVD. There are a total of six baths, one of which is handicapped friendly with an outdoor shower by the pool.

We had a wonderful week at Hale Pinao. The house was equipped with everything imaginable to make our stay comfortable and luxurious. We were three adult couples, one single adult and two young children. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group. About the owner: My wife Nancy and I built Hale Pinao in 2006 to provide visitors an opportunity to enjoy Hawaii as we do. We live in Kona on the side of Hualalai Mountain in a private gated community at about the 800' elevation level. We love the privacy and quiet, ideal temperatures, cool breezes and wonderful views that our home provides and wanted visitors to have the same experience. Consequently we built Hale Pinao a little North of our location on the same mountain, at the same elevation, and in a private gated community much like the one in which we live. Hale Pinao is out of the resort scene but still close to everything and provides visitors with the opportunity to enjoy our Island Paradise much as we do.
