Deluxe one bedroom condo overlooking the sixth tee of the Mayan Golf Course. With great views of the sunrise, golf course, ocean, bird sanctuary, and the traditional town of San Jose Del Cabo. The condo has 16 foot vaulted ceiling with an open gourmet kitchen/living area. Double patio doors open onto second floor sun patio. Bedroom with queen size bed and a deluxe (queen-size) pull-out futon couch in the living room.

The bedroom features and American queen size bed, fine linens, goose down duvets, and a selection of pillows (firm foam and soft feather). The bathroom features a large tiled shower/bath with great shower head and cotton bath towels, hand towels and face clothes. We provide beach towels, beach umbrellas, coolers and picnic supplies for enjoying the beach. We have padded lounge chair covers for your enjoyment at the pool. We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience

The condominium complex has a beautiful heated pool maintained by qualified staff. The pool area has shaded areas under sun umbrellas and palm trees, with lots of sun tanning lounge chairs around the pool and sun patio area. The wonderfully landscaped grounds support a wide variety of exotic birds and butterflies. Experienced property managers and professional full time security help to make Laguna Vista the best place to stay in San Jose.

We have a fabulous shopping plaza located behind the condo complex. The plaza has a bakery/coffee shop, several restaurants, a health food store, a full service bank, medical center, pharmacy and spa & beauty salon. Golf and tennis are just up the street and the near by San Jose Marina offers world-class deep sea sports fishing.

We are very close to the beach, bird sanctuary, and the central town plaza. San Jose has a wonderful selection of shops, stores, boutiques, galleries, and curio stands. There is a great selection of restaurants for all price ranges. The San Jose Art Gallery district is a short walk away and offers a great selection of regional arts & crafts.

Fresh fish, fruit, and vegetables are available at the municipal Mercado. There are several large super markets near by that carry almost everything one could desire. The new organic farmers market is located close by and on Saturdays they offer fresh farm produce and local crafts.

All rates are for 2 people with an extra person fee of $25/night.

Deposit of 50% to confirm reservation, balance 30 days prior to your arrival.
Payments can be made by check, money order, bank draft or electronic transfer.
