Inlet Beach is a popular spot for those who love to just get away from it all. We enjoy our relaxing visits to The Beaches of South Walton on Florida's Northwest Emerald Coast and want our guests to share our paradise in our beach home-away-from home. Inlet Dunes is a small 18 unit, gated complex surrounded by state protected lands leading to the sugar white sandy beaches and the clear, emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Connecting all the beach communities on the Scenic 30-A corridor is an 18-mile bike path that carries the nature enthusiasts past Old Florida with protected wetlands, State Parks, nature trails and the Coastal Dune Lakes that are geographically unique to our area. We are only minutes away from Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove and Rosemary Beach to the West and Panama City to the East. We are also close to Sandestin, Destin & the Silver Sands Outlet Mall to the East on Hwy 98. The new Pier Park, a Simon Development, with shopping an restaurants galore, nightly entertainment, movie theater, fishing pier and carousel rides for the young and young at heart is just 15 minutes away. The new International Airport is within 25 minutes of Inlet Beach as well.

Just returned from a week at this condo. Loved it! The property was pretty and clean. Layout worked great for us-a couple with a 2 1/2year old. Twin bunks in the hallway with a door we could shut so he could nap with no distractions. The quick walk to the beach was easy even with all the gear. Pool had gate so no worries about small ones wandering off. Grassy yard right off the porch was nice for afternoon play. Rental agency personnel was friendly, helpful, accommodating and easy to work with.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brenner's Beach Bungalow! This cozy condo is directly across from the beach access boardwalk and right next to the pool. We loved being able to step outside and head right over to the white sugar sands of the beaches (and with 3 small boys make frequent trips back & forth without walking too far!). A comfortable vacation spot for families with small kids, the Beach Bungalow has a well-stocked kitchen, great location close to shopping & dining, but is far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Very family-friendly atmosphere, gorgeous beaches (with lifeguards!), gated community, clean and very well-maintained home. We can't wait to come back! :)
