Located at the Northern tip of Plum Island, this 1920's vintage Plum Island cottage - known as the "Arctic Cottage" was originally built as a seasonal cottage and many of it's features were designed to take advantage of it's incredible beachfront location. The distinctive wrap around porch that provides shade and shelter after a long day out on the beach...the "pocket" windows that mysteriously disappear into the walls to take advantage of the summertime breeze. The expansive windows throughout the cottage that brings the outdoors inside...transforming the cozy beachfront cottage into an "on the water" experience!
