VACATION RENTAL DESCRIPTION: My unit at the Paraiso Costa Bonita is a newly constructed luxury beachfront condominium of $2,000 sq ft of enclosed living space and 1000 sq ft of terraces. This 10 acre gated upscale condominium resort is located right on the beach on the Northern-Shore area, adjacent to the Torres Mazatlan Resort. It is in a quieter upscale neighborhood called 'New' Mazatlan which is about 1 minute from the Marina on the fabulous Bruja beach. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Brief description: Central air-conditioning. Off street parking, elevator leading to private foyer. More than 9 ft high ceiling. Luxuriously finished with granite, porcelain tiles and marble. Mood and feature lighting fixtures. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 trundle bed to sleep 2 separately. Walk-in closet for the master bedroom. High quality beds and mattresses for excellent support and comfort. Total blockout curtains and draperies for your sleeping comfort. Leather and marble furniture. All towels, including beach towels, are provided. Washer and dryer with provided detergent in the ensuite laundry room. Hairdryer is provided. No smoking and no pets allowed. Cable and LCD TVs, DVD player, VCR, CD player, iPod stereo player. Jetted tub in the Master BR ensuite, large Jacuzzi hot tub by the pool, shared pools (indoor heated pool and outdoor pool), steam sauna and dry sauna, full gourmet kitchen with five stainless steel appliances, complete cook utensils and condiment provided, refrigerator with automatic ice-maker, dish washer and microwave oven. Very spacious terraces facing the beach and ocean for sun-bathing and outdoor social activities with privacy. Living room, dining room and master bedroom have breath-taking ocean, beach and pool view. You will enjoy the spectacular sunsets and the panoramic view of the ocean and the beach! A cell phone is conveniently provided for your use. As the guests of an owner, you can enjoy a discounted food & bar bill for soda, alcoholic beverages and meals. Meaning, sodas are 60 cents, mixed and blended drinks are $1.90, Corona beers are $1.00, while a bottle of good wine is $8.00. There is a great menu for a good variety of freshly prepared hot meals and snacks. You can enjoy all of these just by the swimming pool. Paraiso Costa Bonita is located near the Marina and the Golden Zone where businesses, restaurants, bars and discos are located. Transportation is very reasonable at about $5 for a cab or open-air taxi ride or a .50 bus ride. The bus system is simple and convenient to use. There are several good restaurants within walking distance along the beach. There are a lot of attractions in Mazatlan for you to see. The Malacan, Old Mazatlan and the local markets have a lot to offer for sightseeing and shopping. For regular grocery and other shopping, there is a Wal-Mart and a Sam's Club. There is plenty of fabulous restaurants with great prices for your culinary pleasure. You will find the people of Mazatlan are so friendly that you can easily fall in love with this relaxing resort town as we have!
