Relax in this 1200 square foot, beachfront, fully furnished Condo with an unobstructed view of water and a side view of the SS Lexington and Downtown Corpus Christi. Breathtaking sunrise over the water greets you every morning.
Located on North Beach, just 15 minutes from the Airport and close to Portland, Rockport and other small coastal towns. Area known for bird watching, fishing, and windsurfing.
Fish off the jetty (short walk) or wade fishing right outside your door. Fresh seafood at many local restraunts or take a short mid morning drive over the Harbor Bridge to the T-Heads to meet the fishing and shrimp boats to purchase their daily catch. Once you prepare your food, eat on the balcony(seats 4 on round table with seating for additional 2 on bar stool and table).
Boardwalk at T-Heads you can rent bicycles, skates, and sail boats. Charter deep sea fishing or Group Bay Boat Tours also available.
The Condo has 35 units of mostly owner occupied units. Nice peaceful surroundings. Winter Texans come back year after year and develop a sense of community with friendly owners.
Heated pool faces oceon with gated entrance. Shower located at private gate to/from the beach area to clean off sand.
Condo has new carpet and very well maintained. Maid service available on a weekly basis for an additional $50.00 charge.
Great getaway to relax but still close to other tourist and city activities! The best of both worlds!

Why the Owner Chose North Padre Island
My parents and other family members live in this area and I wanted to have a place where I can be with family but also have my own oceon front place to relax!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Many people come from all over to bird watch in this part of Texas. My place offers relaxation on the bay side of the beach as well as being close to Corpus Christi to take advanatage of what the city has to offer.

This is my 2nd home that I manage the reservations from California. I am from Corpus Christi and have family who take of my place locally. I am very particular to have people who will take care of my place like it was their own. It is one of the nicest condo's on the property and I want to rent to folks who are responsible.

Cindy, thanks so much for letting us stay in this condo! It was all that you described and more, and the pictures don't do the condo's decor justice! We found the condo and the property well maintained and up-to-date. Thanks also for your help and advice on things to do and see while in Corpus. We had the full experience of Coastal Texas weather, rain, wind, sun and storm. The bay is beautiful, the beach quiet and the sailboats are relaxing to watch from the balcony. The tall round table and bar chairs are a definite double-thumbs up for seeing over the railing. We found everything we needed for cooking in and our new" neighbors" were friendly and helpful in our efforts to navigate Corpus Christi for the very first time. Highly recommend visiting the USS Lexington--it is much bigger when you're on it--as well the Museum of Natural History and Science and the Aquarium. There is plenty to do and see--and shop in Corpus Christi and it was wonderful to come back "home" after a day of exploring. We are looking forward eagerly to returning to Corpus as soon as possible. Thanks so much again!

Definitely a great condo with all the amenities. Description of this property is right on! "Our beach" was clean, semi-private for our stay (July 2010) great for reading and relaxing (or there is a lot of space to play!) Pool got a little crowded on the weekend but was well maintained. Just a short walk to some great food places or a short drive for some wonderful sights to see! The condo itself is comfortable, clean, updated, and the current nautical/lighthouse theme a delight! Everyone (the owner and family, neighbors and maintenance man on property) are extremely helpful - good people! Best meal: The Yardarm on Ocean Drive (bit pricey but really worth it!). Take time to see the USS Lexington aircraft carrier (get a discount ticket online!).

Very nice, quiet, near tourist attractions. Well maintained, everything provided. The owner was readily available to answer any questions we had before arriving. There is an elevator, handicap accessible.

Nice, quiet, and relaxing. The condo is very nice - plenty of room. Owner has left fun beach toys, chairs, & umbrellas. Selection of movies to watch, games, well-stocked kitchenware and appliances. Small pool, but not many people around. Neighbors are very nice. Good family place - just enjoying hanging out.
