This oceanfront Renaissance Condominium (between 2nd St & Centre St) is in the heart of Beach Haven. Walk to restaurants, shopping, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, miniature golf, grocery store, Showtime Ice Cream Parlour, Surflight Theatre and more.

This condo is a townhouse design on the second floor with a living room, dining room, kitchen and powder room. Sliding glass doors open from the living room to a covered balcony with an oceanfront view. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has an oceanfront deck.

Living room and bedrooms have televisions and DVD players. Ground floor shed is equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys and shower. The property has direct access to the beach and pool. Cental air conditioning, washer/dryer and Internet access (bring your laptop).

A 2-week minimum rental is required by Renaissance Condo Association for rentals from July 1 - August 22. All other rentals are a minimum of 1 week. This is a NO smoking property.

Pool opens the end of June and closes Labor Day.

  • We stayed in May 2008, Very Clean and comfortable unit, lots of space for 2 or 4 people. Upper Deck best view on Beach Haven and we have stayed in few other places near by. Walk to everything you need. Owner is very accomadating. Enjoy your time at this unit, we look forward to returning every May and other times asap Happy Beach time
