Included With Rental Is One Set Of Beach Lounge Chairs With Umbrella On The Beach which we have rented from the on-site vendor for your comfort and relaxation. Our 1st floor condo is located in Tower 2 with a panoramic view of the Majestic Gulf of Mexico. Emerald green waters, sugar white sands, most beautiful sunsets anywhere, picturesque views ranging from parasailing to just plain sky and water. Free local and US long distance phone service. Bring along your computer and "surf by the surf" with free DSL and wireless encrypted internet access inside our condo.
Our 1Br/2Ba condo has a huge bedroom with king-size bed, 32" flat screen cable TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom which has a 50" LCD cable TV. The dining area seats 4 with bar seating for 2 more. Linens included. This condo is as large as some 3 bedroom homes (1013 sq ft plus balcony 119 sq. ft.)
The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, washer/dryer included. Beautiful granite countertop. Pots, pans, dishes, glassware, blender, toaster, Mr. Coffee, hand mixer, etc.
On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill which is open from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm and provides room service and poolside dining, Pizza Hut and Edgie's Starbucks Shoppe. There is a hair salon, gift shop, health spa, massage therapy and tram service for the entire complex. The 9-hole, par 3 golf course is located across the causeway.
The Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure and there are 4 heated hot tubs around the pool and ocean side. Each Tower has it's private pool--there is a total of 12 pools on the property. There are 6 lighted plexi-pave hard tennis courts and 6 plexi-cushion courts. The game room provides video games and there is volleyball on the beach.
Walk to shops and restaurants. The new shopping center at Pier Park is a short distance away. You're gonna love this place!!!

When we were sitting on the balcony,looking at the beach,the beautiful sunset,the pier in the background,the clear Gulf waters, The palm trees next to us ,The thought crossed our minds! Are we in Hawaii? First time we have stayed on first floor and we relly enjoyed this condo ! Celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary here. Life is Good ! Aug 22nd- 29th George & Patsy

Edgewater towers are a great place. This is the first time my wife and I stayed here and we were very impressed. The condo is in the perfect location between 2 pools with a fantastic view of the beach. There is a Bar/restaurant within feet of the building. There was a coffee shop/store for all our quick needs in the same parking lot. The pictures were exactly as it was. The beach chairs were easy to find and close by. I would highly recommend it for a couples getaway. My wife and I plan to return. Everything that the property has was so close that we did not even feel like we had to leave to visit the local restaurants. We will do more investigating on our next trip. I had talked directly to the owner before renting the property and had told them what I was looking for and they were very helpful and directed me to this condo. They felt it would best fit my needs and they were Correct!. Thank you so much. You would need a larger Condo if you were a family. This condo was perfect for a Couple.

We truly enjoyed our stay at 104 Edgewater this past week. You have a lovely condo and look forward to visiting with you again in the future. We had great weather, good seafood and wonderful memories. The water was alot of fun for the whole family and the beach chairs were a nice luxury.
