My daughter & I love this condo! The king size bed is comfy! It's always nice when you can go and stay somewhere that makes you feel at home and is as pictured! The beach chairs are added plus!!! Sarah and Hugh are great to work with! We can't wait to come back next year!

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

When we were sitting on the balcony,looking at the beach,the beautiful sunset,the pier in the background,the clear Gulf waters, The palm trees next to us ,The thought crossed our minds! Are we in Hawaii? First time we have stayed on first floor and we relly enjoyed this condo ! Celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary here. Life is Good ! Aug 22nd- 29th George & Patsy

Edgewater towers are a great place. This is the first time my wife and I stayed here and we were very impressed. The condo is in the perfect location between 2 pools with a fantastic view of the beach. There is a Bar/restaurant within feet of the building. There was a coffee shop/store for all our quick needs in the same parking lot. The pictures were exactly as it was. The beach chairs were easy to find and close by. I would highly recommend it for a couples getaway. My wife and I plan to return. Everything that the property has was so close that we did not even feel like we had to leave to visit the local restaurants. We will do more investigating on our next trip. I had talked directly to the owner before renting the property and had told them what I was looking for and they were very helpful and directed me to this condo. They felt it would best fit my needs and they were Correct!. Thank you so much. You would need a larger Condo if you were a family. This condo was perfect for a Couple.

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We truly enjoyed our stay at 104 Edgewater this past week. You have a lovely condo and look forward to visiting with you again in the future. We had great weather, good seafood and wonderful memories. The water was alot of fun for the whole family and the beach chairs were a nice luxury.

We had the most wonder stay at your fabulous condo. It was pure luxury! THe view is incredible. It was so hard to leave this beautiful place and come back to reality. Loved the Condo & it's view. Even though we were there during Katrina we had beautiful sunsets. Loved the hot tub that was so close to condo. Thanks again Hugh & Sarah for allowing us to share in one of your great condo.

We are so lucky to have stayed in this condo for our vacation! The view is incredible and Edgewater Resort itself is such a nice place in the best location in PCB! This condo has everything you need and the king size bed is very comfy! It's the perfect choice!

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo the week of March 16 - 23. Your condo is nicely furnished and had everything we needed. We had several friends staying at Edgewater and they all loved our condo. The location is great! Even the weather cooperated with only one day rainy and cool. The rest of the week we were on the beach. Again, thanks and we will be sure to contact you for our next Panama City Beach vacation.

Hugh and Sarah: Stayed at unit 104 March 5-12,2005.It was wonderful. Everything we needed was in that condo and it looked like a professional decorator had done the interior. Great views of the Gulf and everything was just as it appears from your photos. SARAH & HUGH, 11/17/04 MIKE AND I HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL TIME NOV 3-NOV 7 AT YOUR CONDO AT EDGEWATER TOWER II IN 104. WOW! WOW! IT WAS EVERY BIT AS NICE AS HUGH SAID IT WAS. EVERYTHING WAS SO NICE. ALL THE KITCHEN APPLIANCES LOOKED BRAND NEW, THE FURNITURE WAS VERY NICE AND THE KING BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE VIEW WAS OUTSTANDING AND OUR 35TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY WAS VERY SPECIAL BEING THERE. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR SHARING AND WE DEFINITELY PLAN TO STAY THER AGAIN AND AGAIN. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. MY DAUGHTER AND SON-IN-LAW PLAN TO COME AND STAY THERE ALSO SOMETIME. We vacation at Edgewater at least once a year. This condo was wonderful. It has many "personal touch" features that many of the others do not have. The owners are so wonderful to deal with. I have never met them, but feel like I know them very well just from talking to them on the phone. Highly, highly recommend!

I visit Panama City Beach every summer and this is by far the nicest place i have stayed in. The view was beautiful from the balcony. The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with and they also made you feel at home in this condo. It was hard to leave.

Thanks so much for the chance to stay in your condo, it was every bit as nice as you said it was. The size was perfect for the three of us and another one or two could have stayed with out being cramped. The veiw was great from bed room and living room. Ive stayed in some of the nices condos on the beach and paid a lot more and let me tell you tower two room 104 is as nice as any thing Ive stayed in. hope to do it again next year in 104 or maybe 811. thanks again the Hays Faimly
