Our condo has been completely remodeled and decorated with wood floors, granite countertops, FULL size stainless steel appliances, all new furniture, 2 flat panel TVs with DVD players, an updated bathroom with granite vanity and tiled shower. There are very few units that have such upscale quality features.
Our building is right on the beach and the villa overlooks a beautiful marsh. The villa is only a short walk to enjoy one of the best beaches and pools on the island.
The smoke-free condominium sleeps four adults, with two in a new queen size bed and two on the queen-size sleeper sofa. The kids will love the bunk beds that are separate from the main living area and the bedroom.
We really love our condo and resort and know you will too!
The condo is located in building C - 2nd floor, on the quiet Y section (no hall noise and close to the only set of elevators in the building)

Thank you so much for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your "home"! We enjoyed every moment and the condo was beautiful! Hilton Head is our favorite place and we will keep you in mind for sure on our next visit!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We had such a great week! The weather was beautiful, with very little humidity (which is unusual in South Carolina in June). We had stayed at HHBT before, but this was our first time at this condo. It was decorated quite nicely, and was a VERY nice place to stay! It was also so wonderful of the owners to leave beach chairs, buckets, shovels, and games for our use! Mar-May .. $650/week. Jun-Sep .. $750/week - sorry no nightly rates Oct-Feb .. $550/week. $200 Deposit due at time of reservation, no cleaning or parking fees are required. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to check-in. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and Check-out is by 10:00 am. Now accepting credit cards!!! Ask about monthly off season rates!!
