Set amongst the 1400 lakes, and orange groves of Lake County, Robin's Nest is a beautiful, comfortable 4 bedroom pool home in the quiet, relaxed setting of a gated community, but only a 15 minute drive from the magical Disney campus. Lake Louisa State Park, with its nature trail, swimming, fishing and boating, is only 5 minutes away. Walmart is only 3 minutes away. Also close by are other supermarkets, restaurants, fast food outlets, drug stores, video and DVD rental, banks, gas stations, post office. There are many Championship golf courses within a few minutes.
The villa has 2 extremely large living areas with dining tables, chair, and couches. The kitchen is fully equipped - cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, garbage disposal, pots and pans, china, cutlery, and glasses. There is a separate laundry room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. We supply all linen, including pool towels. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.
The large master bedroom with its American lighthouse theme, overlooks the pool and has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, cable TV and walk-in wardrobe. The pretty 2nd bedroom with its sea theme, has a queen-size bed, cable TV and wardrobe. The Tinkerbell and Spiderman bedrooms each have twin beds, and wardrobes. All bedrooms are carpeted for comfort, and have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Our spacious accommodation easily sleeps 8 guests. Rollaway beds are also available to rent from our management company for those extra guests who have joined you to experience the fun, blue skies and sunshine of Florida.
The Games Room has a foosball table, a pool table, table tennis, darts, quoits, and hopscotch.
There are colour cable TVs, stereo, VCR and DVD players, books, games, jigsaws.

My husband and I are both retired from British Airways. We have 2 grown-up children, one of whom is a buyer for Mars, and the other is a Senior First Officer with EasyJet.
Why the Owner Chose Weston Hills
The obvious reason for buying in this location is that we thought it would be easy to rent out our villa to lovers of Disney. It also gives us an excuse to go to Florida twice a year!
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
We are so near to Disney, but our development is very quiet and mainly residential.
There are some good sporting facilities there.
Having 2 large living rooms, the children can be in one, watching TV, while the parents relax with a drink in the other.

From the minute we walked into the Villa it felt like home. It was very well maintained and the description online was accurate. The layout was perfect especially if yo have a couple of families staying together. There was enough space so that everyone could have some privacy if desired. I enjoyed speaking with the owner and found him to be very helpful and genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this Villa to family and friends and have actually told many people about it already. As a matter of fact, if my daughter is playing at the NTC again next year, you can bet I'll look to rebook this specific Villa.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just wanted to send you folks a quick email to say a big THANK-YOU for a wonderful stay in your villa. The highlight of the kids vacation was being able to swim whenever they wanted ... even on some cooler days! A highlight for me was beating my husband at darts ( a game I had never played before) and we all loved just hanging out! The Easter egg hunt was a great success and the villa had everything we needed for a fun family time! We wish we were still there! With fond memories! The Henry family

We had a great time. We have seen a lot of Disney and went to Cape Canaveral. The kids loved the room decorations. We did go to Howard park and did see dolphins and a small bonnethead shark. I wanted to thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home. We had a wonderful time and my daughter LOVED the pool. She also loved her Tinkerbelle room. She called your house "our new house" She is still talking about it. (she is 4 1/2) Your management company was wonderful. They were very helpful.
