Our waterfront location is on a dead end street so it is private and quiet with no car traffic....you will feel like you are in the San Juan islands....yet you can get downtown in a flash. This is the best way to experience Seattle......very unique and special.

WATERFRONT DUPLEX COTTAGE..............Here we have an Upper Level Unit and Lower Level Unit in one structure. Both Units are private with their own seperate entrances and outdoor patio or deck.
The Lower Level Unit enjoys a big kitchen/living room area, 1 BR & 3/4 BTH. It has two separate entrances and 2 patios. The space is charming and simple. The decor is neutral and beachy. The furnishings are comfortable and the views are unobstructed and spectacular.
The Upper Level Unit is used much of the year by us (WE LIKE TO TRADE THIS UNIT WHEN TRAVELING SO IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL PROPERTY TO TRADE, PLEASE CALL US WITH YOUR IDEAS). It is also a 1BR & 3/4 BTH and has beautiful wood floors, high ceiling, fireplace, private deck off kitchen and this unit has the same spectacular and unobstructed views.
BEACH COTTAGE...................This little gem was built right on the beach in 1918 and we have maintained its old world charm. 1 BR & 1 BTH w/shower, stone fireplace, beamed ceilings, beautiful wood floors and a spacious deck overlooking all of Puget Sound. It also has quality kitchen appliances and a big stainless steel grill on the deck. Cable TV, DVR, Payperview movies, DVD player and wireless internet are also available. Ocean wave sounds surround you day and night.....truely a one-of-a-kind property for a very special stay while in Seattle.
PLEASE NOTE you must be willing and able to navigate a few stairs to get to the Beach Cottage but it's worth the little extra effort.
All units face southwest with big banks of windows that enjoy sunrises on Mt. Rainier, sunsets on the Olympic mtns and low tide beach walks right out your front door.

We are most discerning with the tenants we rent to. We are in a residential neighborhood and respect the peace and quiet we and our neighbors enjoy. Please inquire accordingly.
