This new home is located in the cul-de-sac community of Gulfside Cottages with sidewalks, community pool, covered parking, brick pavers, tropical landscaping and a dedicated beach access over a private boardwalk. Luxurious, tropical furnishings, upgraded tile, kitchen and baths designed for comfort and casual elegance. Aventon sleeps eight in One King, One Queen, One Twin Daybed with Twin trundle, and a Queen Sofa Sleeper.

First Floor: Kitchen, Living room with Queen Sofa/Sleeper, Washer/Dryer, Half bath

Second Floor: Master bedroom, Hall bath, Queen bedroom, Twin with spring loaded Trundle bedroom

*Pool heated seasonally during March and April.

Payment
$125 cleaning fee and 11% tax, $60 administration fee is added to rate. 50% of rental amount is due within 5 days of reserving with remaining amount due 30 days prior to occupancy. If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks are the preferred payment form. If a guest prefers payment by credit card, Paypal will be used with a 2.9% surcharge added. No damage deposit is required, however a credit card (Visa or MC) number will be requested at the time of booking regardless of method of payment to be used in case of damage. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance. Travel Insurance is 6.5% of total. For questions concerning travel insurance, please call CSA directly at 800-554-9839.
