We just wanted to say "Thank You" very much for everything. We had such a wonderful trip and enjoyed your beautiful condos very much. You were so generous in giving us the Panama City condo and we just can't thank you enough. PCB was beautiful and your condo was amazing, we just loved it and the city wasn't even that crazy w/ spring breakers. I'm sure any other time of the year is just perfect down there. We have always loved the Seagrove area and your condo just made our trip perfect. We loved how everything was decorated in both places and all of your artwork was so nice! It was the first time we have ever gotten to stay gulf front and I don't think we'll ever not stay gulf front again! It was wonderful to see and hear the ocean the whole time. I'm so happy to have found you on VRBO and appreciate everything you've done for us. I have told my family and friends and co-workers about your beautiful places and how great you treated us. I will recommend you to anyone I know who is looking for a nice place to stay and I hope very much that we can rent from you again in the future. Again, our sincere thanks for everything, we had a wonderful time that we'll always love and remember.

The description of the property is very accurate. The condo is well maintained. You can see the ocean right in front of you in the living room, the master bedroom and another bedroom. Seems to be in a very safe area.

If you are looking for a condo to rent in Panama City Beach, I highly recommend this place. The pictures online do not do it justice. The condo and surrounding area are gorgeous! We overheard another couple at the pool complaining that their condo was filthy when they checked in, but our was spotless. All appliances and everything in the condo were in working order and great condition. This is a well-maintained property, and it did not go unnoticed. Although we did not get to do as many of the activities we had planned on doing due to rain during our stay, we still had a great time. Our favorite restaurants and bars in the area were the following: Pineapple Willy's (within walking distance!), Spinnakers, Schooners, Miss Newbies (strongest drinks in town!), and Sharkeys. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and we intend to come back again!

A goup of 8 ladies stayed in mid Jan 09. Condo was clean, beautiful view, great porch (it was too cool for us to use) and plenty of room. Renting was very easy. Have rented from many owners, this was the best! Everything was exactly as described. Would recommend this place to anyone. Other high rises on each side. Some places we wanted to eat were closed for January, but we found others. Really enjoyed new Pier Park (lots of shopping, with fun eating places), it is located very close to condo (not close enough to walk). Can drive to Destin in about 35 minutes to shop at outlet mall. We really enjoyed out stay.

Our family very much enjoyed staying at the Ocean Ritz Suite 701. The condo was perfect with four nicely decorated bedrooms and a great living area. The large balcony though was probably our favorite. Many hours were spent just enjoying the view of the emerald water. We ate most meals in, but ordered pizza delivery one night, and went out to two different restaurants on other nights: Scampies and Bishops Family Buffett - both were excellent. In terms of activities, we enjoyed parasailing, renting wave runners, and even took the 10 mile ride on the yellow helicopter. We would definitely recommend this to friends.

What a perfect place to stay! The decor, the number of rooms and bathrooms, the location, the view... I couldn't have asked for more. The king bed was awesome. Measured up the same as a 5 star hotel bed. I stayed with 8 other women and planning on returning next year for our yearly girls trip. The owners were awesome and very accommodating with all our needs. You can't go wrong staying here!!!

WE ALWAYS GIVE OUR 4 CHILDREN AND THEIR SPOUSES A WEEKEND TRIP FOR A XMAS GIFT. THIS YEAR WE PICKED PANANMA CITY FLA AT THIS CONDO! BOY AM I GLAD I DID- WE ALL HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AND JERRY WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL, I EVEN TOOK PICTURES OF SOME OF THE PICTURES!! WE BUILT SAND CASTLES, GOT LOTS OF SHELLS, WENT DEEP SEA FISHING, GAINED WEIGHT FROM ALL THE GREAT RESTAURANTS! THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHECK ON IF STAYING AND U HAVE SEVERAL AND HAVE TO PARK ACROSS THE STREET, LIKE WE DID, THEY SAID THAT JERRY IS TO GIVE U SOME KIND OF A TICKET OR PAPER SHOWING THAT U R STAYING AT THAT TIME, BE SURE TO GET IT OR UR CAR WILL BE TOWED. WE DID NOT KNOW THAT. ALSO SOMETIMES THE CONDO OWNERS RENT THE LOUNGES ON THE BEACH U CAN CHECK AND SEE IF JERRY HAS RENTED FOR THE YEAR. WE STAY APRIL 2008 AND HE HAD NOT RENTED ONE, WHICH WAS FINE, WE WERE NOT EXPECTING ONE. BUT IT DOESNT HURT TO CHECK. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, RECOMMEND AND ALL MY FAMILY WANTED TO GO BACK AND THEY EVEN WANT ME TO START GIVING THEM A FALL MINI VACATION. LOL. I DONT THINK SO.. My family of 9 has been staying in condos for 15 years, and this is by far the best one ever. The decor was beautiful, and the beds were the most comfortable...more than my own bed at home!
