Recently, 4 of my 5 sisters, my husband and I enjoyed a superb 7 night stay in the lovely and luxurious Villa Champagne. This spacious and tastefully decorated Penthouse condo is so comfortable; we didn’t want to leave at the end of our vacation. We had fun cooking several meals in the well-furnished and large kitchen. My husband and I were quite impressed with the huge shower and enjoyed the private balcony off the master bedroom. There was plenty of room on the main balcony where all of us enjoyed our lazy mornings, drinking coffee, watching the surf, and sisters sharing childhood memories while making precious new memories as we chatted the morning away. Our dining experiences at Dewey Destin and Pompano Joe’s were great. The harbor side atmosphere and delicious crab cakes at Dewey Destin made a perfect evening for us, and we also enjoyed a tasty meal, beach side atmosphere and live music at Pompano Joe’s. We treasure the days we spent on this beautiful beach and had so much fun playing in the crystal clear ocean water. All of us highly recommend the Villa Champagne, and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Destin. Gerry and Diane are so pleasant and easy to work with. We called Gerry while we were there and secured our next visit with them in the fall of 2012.

Our family had the opportunity to experience this condo this past August and we thoroughly enjoyed! We have stayed at another unit in Destin Towers in the past, but it was not available for the dates we wanted this year. They referred us to the Champagnes and their unit. I found Gerry very engaging and helpful. Once we got to the unit, it was wonderful. It is one of the larger units in Destin Towers, which provided much room and comfort for our family. Gerry was very responsive to the couple of minors questions we had during the stay. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in a large, comfortable unit in a small condo tower with wonderful direct access to the Destin beach. Best wishes, The McCamants

Gorgeous condo on beautiful beach!

We've stayed at various condos for the past 20 years but Villa Champaigne is by far the best one so far. Owners were very easy to work with and personable. Condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to cook with. Even has nice patio furniture. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and even the chair rental people were friendly and accomodating. Swimming pool is a little small but never seemed to be a problem. Will definitely stay here again. It got comical trying to remember all the codes but used cell phone to store numbers. :>)

WOW! Best Place Weve Stayed in 20 years!

Stayed 5/14 - 5/20. Weve been coming to this area of Destin since 1991. This condo was HUGE and by far was our favorite weve stayed at so far at Destin Towers. Had a full moon this week that was beautiful. Hopefully we can rent this same condo next year. Its so wonderful to get away and just enjoy all of Gods beauty. Enjoyed AJ's and McGuires Pub. Had a good time listening to Ronnie Satterfield sing outside of AJ's. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your little peace of heaven. We will definately return next year. For those with kids or teenagers...water park is right across the street!

We just returned last night from one of the most memorable vacations ever! We have visited many beaches but none as beautiful as the Villa Champagne penthouse. The booking process was so smooth and effortless. Gerry and Diane arranged it so we just walked through the front door like we owned the home for the week...no front desk check ins or card swipers. The view was breathtaking and we watched the dolphins every day! The water was amazing and the sand on the beach was powder soft. I highly recommend building sandcastles, wearing lots of sunscreen, and taking many pictures of the lasting memories!!! We definately plan to return... with friends!

I can't say enough about this incredible condo! This was my second visit to Champagne Villa in beautiful Destin and it certainly will not be my last. Everything you could want in a vacation is here. My favorite is the huge patio with the most amazing views ever. Gerry and Diane are great to deal with and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Only bad part about recommending it to everyone is that it fills up!

I have been to Destin several times and stayed at another penthouse and a few other condos/hotels. However, this property is by far my favorite!! The view is absolutely amazing and the rooms are so spacious! We had a difficult time finding a condo with plenty of space in the bedrooms but this one is perfect. The master shower is incredible.. wow!!! The owners were absolutely wonderful, friendly, accommodating and the whole process of renting the condo was so much easier than going through a service. I cannot wait to schedule our next trip- we will never stay anywhere else in Destin!

We can not say enough good things about Villa Champagne. This condo is the BEST that we have ever stayed in the Destin area. The condo is decorated beautifully, the views are magnificent, and the comfort of this condo is 100%. The Champagnes have done such a wonderful job in making this feel not like a condo but like a home. It has everything you could possibly want or require. A lot of thought has gone into the outfitting of this condo. It is centrally located to just about anything you would want to do in Destin. Perfection.. Everyone will enjoy their stay at the Villa Champagne. Easy to make your reservation with. Best of all the condo.. even with 6 adults and two toddlers.. there was plenty of room. The condo was everything in the description and so much more. It was spacious and tastefully decorated, clean and equipped with whatever we could have needed. The master suite with LARGE walk-in shower and private balcony was to die for. The kitchen was stocked with lots of extras. And, of course, the view from the balconies was beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will go back.

We stayed here and the place was absolutely fabulous. There are no words to really describe the gorgeous ocean views. We stayed here our family and some extended family and there was plenty of room for everyone, including wheelchair access. This is the perfect vacation condo and the owners were great. We would recommend this to any family anywhere, it works perfectly and its worth every penny!

The Villa Champange was unbelievable. When we first arrived the condo took our breath away with the great views of the coast and how beatiful everything was. The master BR was so nice we had to draw names on who would stay in the room. All of the 3 BR are great. Thanks to the Champangnes for having such a wonderful place that we were able to enjoy. Our first time in Destin; and we couldn't have stayed in a better place. Villa Chamgagne is unbelievable gorgeous. We were hooked once we saw the pictures on the Internet, and we were not disappointed. Our vacation was from mid February to mid March, so we missed most of the "spring break" crowd. The beach was quiet and the weather was perfect--a winning combination. We both rate this penthouse suite two thumbs way up.

There is no hyperbole in the description of this beautiful oceanfront condo. When you walk trough the door you feel as if you have walked into the pages of "House Beautiful". Unlike many condos we have rented, everything we need was provded, and Gerry called us on the first day to assure that all was well. Try Commander's Palace for a great gourmet dinner, and should you care to cook for yourself in the well-appointed kitchen, go to Destin Ice Seafood for their fresh shrimp, home made key lime pie, and prepared foods from their deli. Acme Oyster House at the wharf in SanDestin is great as well. Golfers will enjoy playing at Emerald Bay Golf Club (bring an extra sleeve of balls as there is water all around!)

The condo was truly beautiful. The views from the balconies will stay with you for a long time. The Champagnes try to make your stay as perfect as possible. The beach and water are the best although a bit chilly in November!

Our stay at the Villa Champagne was absoulutely awesome! Hurricane Ike was roaring in the Gulf, and the beaches were closed so we spent a lot more time than intended inside which made us appreciate even more the spacious and homey comforts of the suite. Without a doubt, I would recommend this as a place for a family or couple to stay.

We had an awesome vacation here 9/19 to 9/27/08. The accomodations were wonderful. The owners seemed to have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Even with 4 adults and 3 children, we had so much room. I loved the large balconies and the oceanfront view was incredible. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed.

This place is unbelieveable. The pictures, as beautiful as they are, don't even do it justice. The condo is decorated with such taste and I felt like a million bucks when eating in the kitchen. I was a bit nervous at first renting from private owners but found the Champagnes a delight to work with, very honest as well as easy to get in contact with. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Destin, Florida!

Thanks so much Champayne's for a great stay in your fabulous Destin Towers condo. The unit was so spacious that it felt more like a real home than a beach condo. The huge balcony served most of our needs as the weather was unseasonably cool for July and we spent much of the time outside. We had a fabulous time staying at Villa Champagne. One cannot ask for a nicer view of the Emerald Coast from the large balcony. This was our second visit, Gerry and Diane make this place feel like a home away from home, and the beautiful Tusan decor is so inviting and warm. It truely feels like an escape to a Tuscan Villa. We stayed 3 nights at Destin Towers in March 2008. Every summer for the past few years, we have visited Destin and stayed in a different condo each time. This one is by far the best so far! The view is excellent and the apartment is top notch. The master bedroom is awesome and the view from the private balcony is breathtaking. If your looking for a very nice place with a huge living area and perfect view of the beach from two balconies, look no further!

We never thought Destin could be so beautiful in November. Great weather, but the highlight was staying at Villa Champagne. We found the advertised "home feel" to be just that. We stayed at Villa Champagne summer of 2007 with some good friends that have never been to the beach. This was a truly wonderful experience for them. We were in awe of the beautiful condo and the view of the water. We have stayed in several condo's around Destin and Holday Isle and this is by far the most beautiful and wonderfully kept place we have ever stayed. The Champagne's were such a pleasure to work with and we will certainly do this again.

Villa Champagne was the best condo we've ever stayed in! It is beautiful, spacious, and is very comfortable. We loved the master shower and all of the updated bathroom fixtures. The kithchen was very easy for 2 or more people to work in and had everything we needed to cook. Very nice appliances as well. The cookware and dishes were matched sets and looked brand new, no mix-matched pieces of hand-me-downs. There were even pretty place mats w/ matching cloth napkins. The living area is very comfortable and has plenty of seating. The TV & DVD worked well, great detailed directions on how to use the DVD. The bedrooms all had a different theme & were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows & blankets as well as bed linens. As you can see from the pictures the view is breathtaking & in person it is even better. The pool was always clean and the hot tub welcoming. The secured parking lot and building was a comfort. There were several luggage carts and a big utility cart to help carry things to the condo. The elevators were fast with minimal wait time. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone interested and hope to stay here again ourselves!

My brothers and I rented this condo for our annual brothers outing. We had a great time in Destin and Villa Champagne was everything that we expected. To my surprise we spent a lot more time inside this condo than we had on previous outings. I am sure that we will be returning to Destin and Villa Champagne sometime in the future.

My husband and I, along with two other couples rented Villa Champagne for several days last month and we had a TOTALLY POSITIVE experience. We found the villa by accident on VRBO and it is everything it describes and then some. We have stayed at another condo in Destin a couple of times but it doesn't begin to compare. The view, the decor,the awesome shower, the people we met around the pool and beach, and Gerry and Diane, the owners were all wonderful!!!! We even got to be part of Tropical Storm #10, but we survived it in great style and comfort. The condo was so nice we didn't mind having to stay in for a day or two - it was fun to watch the storms roll in and out from the beautiful view off the deck. We all agree that we can't wait to plan our next trip to Destin and Villa Champagne!

Our stay at the Villa Champagne was fabulous. I have stayed in many condos on the gulf and this one by far was the best. The owners have left nothing out. It is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you would need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The setting for this condo is wonderful and of course the beach is great too!! I will definitely stay in this condo again when I return to Destin. The owners of this condo are very friendly and they are ready and willing to help you with anything you need during your stay. Villa Champagne is by far the nicest place I have stayed in the Destin/Fort Walton area. The interior is very tastefully and elegantly decorated, and the square footage is more than adequate to give a party of 9 plenty of room to spread out. Of course, it would be unjust if I did not point out the wonderful balcony space and incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Destin Towers building is also very nice including a pleasant swimming pool area that more than meets the needs of a family that loves to swim and relax. Overall, I have no complaints about this property - you want believe how nice it is until you see it in person.

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo over the Labor Day holiday 2007 and I am so happy I found this on VRBO. We actually stayed here with Mike's brother and his family - so that's 2 families - and there was PLENTY of room to spread out! What a fantastic condo you have! I must say this is the nicest condo we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location couldn't be any more perfect. The view is spectacular, the rooms are exquisite! The Master Bedroom private balcony is an added plus! I absolutely loved the Master Bath - as my niece said - this is right out of an episode of "CRIBS". I had to laugh at that one! Gerry & Diane are most thoughtful and are truly the nicest people I have ever rented from. I think they went out of their way to ensure a nice stay and we received a nice welcome! If you ever have the opportunity to stay here, book it if you can, you will not regret it! We definitely cannot wait to return! It is truly a vacation we will all remember forever!

We have been going to Destin every summer for over 10 years and Villa Champagne is the nicest condo that we have rented. Everything is new and up to date...and the master shower is one of a kind! We had a wonderful (and comfortable)week which went by too quickly. Destin Towers is centrally located in Destin and convenient to all the shopping, restaurants and activities. We have been coming to the Destin/Navarre beach areas for our family vacations for many years. This was the first time we stayed at this particular condo, and it will not be the last. We have stayed at many different places over the years, and I can honestly say that this is one of THE BEST condos in Destin. The decor and floor plan are perfect. It has a very cozy feel and was CLEAN. We stayed at a brand new large condo last year that was filthy so we were very pleased with the cleanliness of this unit. The view is amazing, and the check-in/check-out process is so easy. The owners of this unit were wonderful to work with and made themselves available at all times if anything was needed. THANK YOU so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us and we are looking forward to our next vacation at the Villa Champagne. The only bad thing about this trip was having to leave, and I am still trying to figure out a way to put a shower like the one in the Master bedroom in my own bathroom at home. Well what can I say this place is awesome. This was our first trip to Destin. We usually go to Sarasota every year but I think we have found our new destination. As long as we can stay in this penthouse. There was so many things to do. We had our 4 girls with us ages 13,13,5,3 and they all had a blast. The first day we got there we just left everything in the truck and went up to check the penthouse out and believe me its awsome the pictures do not do it justice. We went out on the balcony and the water was crystal clear. We got to go on the glassbottom boat while we were there and it was great. The food there is fresh and great. There is a huge waterpark right across the street even though it wasn't open for the season yet I could tell the next time we come down that is where we will be a few days. The beaches are awsome there and you have everything within a few miles. Wal-mart,Target Bass Pro Shop (HUGE), Wings beachstore right next door. The only thing that my wife and I hated about this place is that it is not OURS. Yes Gerry & Diane my wife and I envy you. haha. Anyway thank you all sooooooo much and we will be getting back to you soon we want to come back this year. I will leave with this comment if you are looking at this place and reading this comment then just stop looking because take it from a family that just got back you will not find anything any nicer or located better anywhere in Destin.
