Family on Beach - Silver Shells In Background - Destin, Florida - Vacation Condo Rental at Silver Shells We'd love to reserve this beautiful unit for you. We are located in the St. Croix building which looks right over the huge lagoon pool out to the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. You can walk directly from our building to the pool and beach - - - no parking lots to cross and underground parking right by the elevator. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for rental with your expanse of 1,100 front feet of Beach!!!! We especially love this unit because of the floor plan - - both bedrooms and the living room are up front facing the water. It's one of our very favorites! We redecorated from top to bottom in a breezy “Tommy Bahama” style in 2006, so it’s fresh and ready for your arrival! Reserved, underground parking is another bonus at St. Croix. We know you’ll love it as much as we do! Large and inviting entryway welcomes you to kick back on your vacation by leaving the golf clubs, sandals, surf board and flip flops as you enter the condo. The unit is beautifully decorated with a warm and upscale yet beachy and inviting feel. The living room features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and chairs. There’s a large television with DVD player and surround sound – all this with a gorgeous view from the sliding glass doors and direct access to the main balcony. MASTER BEDROOM features king size bed and private bath. Large bathroom features garden tub and separate shower. The upscale bed and coordinating furnishings are beautiful with cheerful colors and fun artwork. This bedroom features a 27” TV with DVD player as well. Sliding glass doors open right out to the main balcony and gorgeous beach view. Just listen to the peaceful waves! SECOND MASTER BEDROOM also has a king sized bed. Lovely wood toned furnishings, attractive artwork and a large TV welcome you to lie back and relax. Sliding glass doors open out to the balcony from this bedroom as well. This bedroom has direct access to the Jack and Jill bath it shares with the bunk room. BUNK ROOM puts a fun twist on traditional bunks. We’ve added a trundle bunk so that this area sleeps 3 rather than the usual 2. These bedrooms along with the PULLOUT SLEEPER SOFA in the living room allow the unit to sleep 9 comfortably with 2 total baths. The open KITCHEN area has beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appliances. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. Sturdy DINING table seats six (6) next to the granite bar. From the kitchen, dining room area and living room look right out to the panhandle’s sugar white sands and emerald green waters. This unit faces directly out over the sugary beach and emerald green waters of tht Gulf of Mexico. The main balcony features three sets of sliding glass doors that give direct access from both the living room and main master bedroom and the second master. And remember, each bedroom has its own balcony! The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to a wonderful day - - - or the beginning of an exciting evening. You can see for miles out over the beach into the Gulf of Mexico. Within walking distance is the Back Porch Seafood Restaurant (fantastic key lime pie), Grazie Italian Restaurant, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on premises, and Ruby Tuesday’s across the street. Super WalMart is also across the highway for those last minute shopping needs. We'd love to get this booked for your group so call me at your convenience at number below in Atlanta. Age Requirements - Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age will be verified upon check-in. Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to full forfeiture of advance deposit or security deposit payment(s), and the party will not be permitted to check in. If the party has already checked in, occupants may be required to vacate the property immediately with full forfeiture of all reservation payments. Add 10.6 % Florida Tax, and $95 Housekeeping Fee to Rentals- Resort Amenities fees in Rate. All units are non-smoking.
