Our Boulevard Heights property is a 1,300 Sq. Ft. Single Family 3BR/2BA Home w/Gazebo & Hot Tub. It is located on Johnson Street in the established neighborhood of Boulevard Heights in Hollywood, Florida. It has porcelain tile laid throughout the common areas and kitchen. All bedrooms have berber carpet, window blinds and curtains for full privacy. This property is perfect for family vacations, reunions and group travel.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave and oven and also includes a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. A coffee maker, fondue maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven and necessary utensils are provided. Service for eight is included as well as all the pots, pans, cookware, and cook books necessary to create your own gourmet meal.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, a mirrored dresser with two night stands, a neck massager, a 3/4 bath with shower, and a 20" LCD TV w/DVD Player. The 2nd bedroom is very large and features two queen size beds, a pull out twin bed in the closet, a chest of drawers, a night stand and a 15" TV w/DVD Player. The 3rd bedroom features two twin beds, a night stand, a wireless Sony PlayStation2 and a 13" TV. The utility room contains a stackable large capacity washer and full size dryer with an iron, ironing board and a wash basin.

150-channel Dish Network satellite provided in living room via a high definition 37-inch wall mounted LCD TV with a 600 watt surround sound system that is also iPod compatible so you can easily connect your iPod and enjoy tunes from your personal collection. Free local and long distance phone service is provided within the U.S. and Canada.

Included with the home is the use of a wireless laptop and a wireless network card to use the provided free broadband Internet Access. You can also connect you own personal laptop to the wireless network provided. If you need to conduct business, a color printer is also available.

We have a furnished screened in patio with a lighted ceiling fan that overlooks a bamboo fenced backyard with gas BBQ and lush landscaping. In addition, there is a portable AM/FM CD Radio, a basketball and a football.

Outside you will find a four seat teak patio set with umbrella to enjoy outdoor meals and a private lighted enclosed gazebo that reveals a four person Hot Tub with a color changing waterfall.

Hollywood - Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Miami International Airport are both just 20 minutes away. Only five minutes to downtown Hollywood, 15 minutes to downtown Fort Lauderdale, and 20 minutes to trendy South Beach!

More importantly, we are centrally located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offering access to all that south Florida has to offer. We are just six miles west of Hollywood Beach, with its famous boardwalk, restaurants and shopping!

Marvelous and Convenient are two of the words that I will use to describe the house in Boulevard Heights. The house has all the necessities of a regular house including Satellite TV, Computer with the Internet, Jacuzzi, two bathrooms and three large rooms. Our Family had a wonderful time in Hollywood. The location of the vacation property was covenant to all shopping facilities. It was very clean and comfortable. The Back yard was very private with a hot tub it was big enough for kids to run around and play. Angie and Gary had everything you would need to make your vacation a carefree one from a full fridge and freezer, a washer and dryer, DVD’s, a computer, bedding, towels, and beach chairs...etc. Would we recommend this as your next vacation rental...ABSOLUTELY! It was a pleasurable and memorable experience.

We were able to make our meals in the well equipped kitchen, and the grill was great for cooking burgers. We were close to the beach, and shopping. In the evening we had a great place to relax, visit and play games. Great place to stay. Thanks for making our visit a pleasant memory.

  • Thank you so much. This property was well located close to all major roads, just a few minutes from the beach and Broadwalk, within minutes of Dolphin Stadium and local attractions of all kinds. The house was very cozy and clean, and had everything we needed to make our vacation great. The jacuzzi was very relaxing late at night and the property overall was incredible. We enjoyed ourselves very much and we highly recommend this location to other guests in the future!!

  • We spent the winter of 08 at this property and loved it. Easy access to everything via the Turnpike, Interstates 95 and 595, and Hollywood Blvd. Very clean and well kept. Gary and Angie were easy to work with and when we had a problem with the phone and computer it was addressed immediately. We are returning for the winter of 09. Highly recommend.
