Plenty of room for your family to spread out on the 15x30 glass enclosed sun-porch with full living and dining areas, additional living and dining areas inside the main house, both with wood burning fireplaces, hardwood floors and off-white Berber carpet.

Skylights, lovely rear yard with 6 foot privacy fence, garden, deck with patio furniture and gas grill. Fabulous private outdoor shower with hot/cold water - garage for bike storage, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas.

Walk to everything, beach (2 minutes), boardwalk, town, restaurants, tennis, etc. AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cable, DVD, four TVs. Also avaiable Sunday through Friday noon at discounted rates.
