This delightful, newly renovated 2 bedroom has all you will need for an enjoyable stay at the beach. Coastal cottage-style furnishings, hardwood floors throughout, new kitchen and baths, lovely second-story screened porch with unobstructed views of the ocean, central air and heat, w/d, D/W, cable TV, microwave, fully stocked kitchen, sleeps 5, one queen bed, one double bed, one twin bed and queen-size sleep sofa. Tenant provides linens, towels, soap and paper products.
Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only between Memorial Day and Labor Day.. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE CHECK THE CALENDAR TO SEE IF YOUR DESIRED DATES ARE AVAILABLE!!!!
Walk out your door and onto the sand! If you have friends or extended family.....you can also rent my oceanfront two bedroom which is in the same building.

This condo is in the perfect location! Steps to the beach! It is just like the pictures and very well maintained. The owner's answered all our questions--seemless process. There were five adults in our party this past July and we all had a great time! Very much enjoyed the screened-in porch and the fireworks on the beach! We will definitely be back again!!! Thank you.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I, as well as our dogs, had a wonderful time at the beach cottage The condo is just like the pictures. We were very impressed with the many decorative touches. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch, as the weather in the beginning of November was still nice enough to sit out there with a light jacket. We loved walking out the door and on to the beach. We are looking forward to our return as guest at this clean and well-maintained condo. See you next year!
