This house is on a private lot, 30 feet off the water with a fabulous view of the lake. It has 100 feet of private water frontage with its own beach, a long sandy bottom swimming area great for kids, and a dock.
The house interior was totally remodeled in 2007/exterior updated for 2008. It has 4 bedrooms: one downstairs with a double bed, three upstairs with queen and twin beds. The full bath is downstairs with a washer/dryer and there is a half bath upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we have a gas grill outside. The living room has a great stone fireplace and an incredible view through 12 foot sliders to the deck. There is cable, internet, 5 TV's, DVD player, Stereo/CD, linen's, games, and a canoe just waiting for you to enjoy!
Lake Wentworth is a beautiful lake, 11 miles in circumference with the wildlife conservatory Stamp Act Island at its center. This is a quiet and clean lake, perfect for a peaceful vacation. Just a few minutes out of downtown Wolfeboro (2 mile walk on the rail trail), we are very close to restaurants, shopping, golf, walking trails, museums and all the activities provided by Lake Winnipesauke and the Lakes Region, yet away from the noise and crowds of the bigger lake.
