Ground floor, direct oceanfront, two bedroom, two bathroom condo, located on a quiet and secluded area of Satellite Beach. The unit has been recently remodeled by a professional interior designer. Owners use condo for personal family and keep it in immaculate condition.
The unit contains 1 pillow-top queen bed in the master bedroom. There is a bunk bed in the second bedroom, which has a twin bed on top, a double on the bottom and a twin trundle. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a high-quality double mattress.
The ocean is visible from all windows of the unit. The sliding door in the living room opens to a patio and open greenspace(picture 1), leading to the community pool. Another forty paces takes you to the beach (picture 2).
The condominium is a small and quiet complex of only 18 units, often leaving the pool and beach unoccupied.

There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Restaurants range from bare-foot island style to upscale dining.
