Newly restored, five-bedroom, three-bath, year-round cottage on one-point-seven private waterfront acres at the end of a private lane in Five Islands, Georgetown. About 15 minutes from historic Bath and the Maine Maritime Museum, 30 minutes from Brunswick and Bowdoin College, 45 minutes from Portland Jetport, a short drive to 766-acre Reid State Park with its beautiful beaches and trails (park pass provided), and a short walk to Five Islands Wharf where you can eat your lobster and ice cream while enjoying the working harbor. Fresh fruits and vegetables, wine and cheese etc. are available a short distance from the house at the charming Five Island Farm.

Locally, there are many conserved trails for walking and a freshwater pond to swim in. There is a five-star restaurant (Robinhood Free Meetinghouse) about ten minutes away and many restaurants in downtown Bath. Boothbay Harbor and Pemaquid Point are easy afternoon trips.

Our home overlooks Gotts Cove and Sheepscott Bay from a large deck complete with hot tub for star gazing and relaxation. Swim or kayak from our dock at high tide, go clamming at low tide. Watch the osprey and belted kingfishers as they fly overhead. After your outdoor adventures, you can shower outdoors while enjoying the view of the water.

Cozy and comfortable with plenty to do year round, we offer five bedrooms (master bedroom and bath on first floor), four season sunroom, full kitchen (including lobster pot), laundry room and mud room, gas fireplace in the living room, and screened-in porch off the master bedroom.

The walk-out lower level is finished with a game room (Ping Pong, foosball, air hockey, and a game table) and a full bath as well.

Upstairs are four bedrooms and a full bath. Two queen-size rooms and two rooms with two twins each.

Enjoy a no TV! Sense of peace and quiet in a placid Maine Cove. (We have a small nine-inch TV with DVD which can easily be put in a closet!)

No smoking inside or out as the owner is allergic to smoke, and no pets.
