The area offers fishing, golf, history, marine observations, and gourmet dining, in addition to the traditional sun and sand of the beaches. Welcome to the Outer Banks.
We are pleased to offer our Summer Cottage for rental for all of those who wish to come to the Outer Banks. Our cottage is nestled in a quiet owner-occupied neighborhood one block from Public Beach Access with dedicated parking and shower and a short walk to Wright Brothers Memorial, the Birth Place of Aviation. Located east (Ocean side) of the by-pass in Kill Devil Hills mile post 7 ¾, last left, Asheville or Lowell Ave, before the Wright Brothers Memorial entrance.
The Cottage itself covers one floor with easy 4 step access to a furnished Deck and Sun Deck. Adjacent to garage a gated privacy fenced patio with an oversized 7 person private Hot Tub / Spa, Grill, Umbrella, Table and Chairs. The Cottage is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, 3 Bedrooms, 1 ½ Baths, Sleeps 6 (1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Twin Beds).
