You will not find a better condominium or hotel room rental this close to the beach and on the best beach in Hawaii for this price!
Our suite is on the second floor. High enough to see the ocean looking to the right and then sweeping 180 degrees you can see Haleakala too. But not so high to lose the intimacy of the lush tropical vegetation. Or get air sick. Or if you are at the other end of the building, you would have to put up with noise from the pool and restaurant... Not to mention the smells. If such a building was proposed to be built today, we are told permits would not be allowed. The Maui Mana Kai is very close to the ocean, as you can see from the webcam. About 100 feet from your lanai so you get the cooling ocean breeze and can hear the wave action all the time. No road separates the Mana Kai from the ocean, as compared to most rental condominiums in Maui.
Our suite has been completely remodeled with the Wailea look. It is not as expensive as the Wailea condominiums but more than most other units at the Mana Kai because it is new with tons of amenities you would expect to make your stay restful and enjoyable. I have tried to stock it with everything you will need.
My condo can be rented in three different configurations: One bedroom is the oceanfront with lanai looking out over the ocean and full kitchen. With the king size sofabed it can sleep up to 4. The second bedroom with a lockout can be rented by itself as a hotel room. While it does not have an ocean view, you can't get any closer for the price of this sound proofed hotel room with a mini fridge, coffeemaker, TV, broadband internet access and Select Comfort adjustable bed. The hotel room can sleep up to 2 and the bed can be split into two twins. Or you can rent both together as a 2 bedroom which can sleep up to 6. When you make your reservation request, be sure to indicate that you want the one bedroom, hotel room or two bedroom.
