                    The house is located in a neighborhood somewhat near the Rosebowl. The backyard is the best part about the house, in my opinion. It is very relaxing and great for families and kids. The pool is heated (which makes it very enjoyable for swimming in the day or night). The owner of this house is very good to work with, Liz. She has a very nice touch accommodating guests. She made it a point to welcome us into her very nice and comfortable home. The house is spacious for a family of four. There is a security system in the house and it is to be used as it is a transient street. We felt safe in the home as there is also a gated entry in addition to the security system. We found ourselves going into old town Pasadena often and is very conveniently located to town. Great kitchen and very nice sleeping arrangements. The decor in the house is amazing. We have two younger kids and moved several very valuable items out of the mainstream to avoid any damages. We did have a hickup with the spa and pool and Liz was quick to have her repair person address that. We really liked the backyard for entertaining purposes as did the kids. Here's our recap: Overall Home for our getaway=A- Homes Location=B- Hosting by owner/manager=A We would without hesitation stay back at Liz's very nice home. Homes Location=B-
