Why the Owner Chose Pasadena
I love the historical aspects of Pasadena, and this house is a very special property in a culturally-diverse area. Park-like back yard is 100% private and secluded. Just 5 minutes to beautiful hiking. Lots of nice bars & restaurants, and close to the Rose Bowl. Also, close to Los Angeles and Hollywood, but without the congestion or traffic.
