This resorts property edge is 25feet from the 3 "VERY" popular beach bars & they have food-too. The water sports originate here,boats anchor here,cruise ships anchor here- THIS IS THE BEACH. Other resorts have sand - EVERYONE at the other resorts walks up to this section of sand, sooner or later. NO other resorts have what this resort does-called location, location, location........You can walk out of the condos door and within 2 minutes be on the beach.

Cabo Villas Beach Resort is an exclusive, five-star, beach resort located on Cabo's main beach- El Medano(this beach has no undertow). The staff is friendly. The owners of this resort and the G.M. pride themselves on the quality of their staff-really...We sell/book/rent to wholesalers and OTHER owners in this resort because/they want a real suite-not a combination of rooms.

I will send you a floor plan,it's L shaped around the balcony and opens to this view balcony- you just live in/outside/-no bugs/5th floor/privacy.............open the floor to ceiling 6 panel sliding glass doors and leave them open......

The 2125-square-foot luxury condominium features three large bedrooms each with its own private bath. The master suite bedroom has a king-size bed with a generous-size bathroom featuring marble floors, a granite vanity with a glass shower and wonderful raised tub. The second and third bedrooms both have large private baths and king-size beds.

There is also a convertible sofa (pull-out couch) in the living room that could sleep two(there is a extra charge for more than 8 persons). You may also arrange to have a rollaway bed delivered for additional accommodations(this costs 117 a week). The half bathroom located off the living room area next to front door.All tvs will take the red/white/yellow cords to hook up dvd players.

The condominium has a fully operational, state-of-the-art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker,electric stovetop, granite slab countertops, and a breakfast bar with stools. There is a dining area, a comfortable "family room/living" area, a large 325-square-foot private balcony with jacuzzi, air conditioning, 24-hour security, direct dial phones, and satellite TV. Daily maid service is included in the rental price.Did I tell you their is a "Cosco'-so bring your card.Also there is a Sams club.Or use City club at the bottom of hill.

From your large private balcony(325 sq ft) you can enjoy close up views of the ocean and the beach from your very own balcony jacuzzi! This is a very cool feature,esp after "midnight"(this feature "alone is worth the price of admission").The rest of this ad is predicated on the fact you want the best value for your money. IF I am not accurate regarding this ad-in it's entirety - I'll refund your money (fudge factor of 10%).

Cabo Villas Beach Resort is a complete beach resort. The resort features one large custom designed infinity pool with a swim-up bar and a smaller pool next to a bar that serves lunch and munchie food for the upper buildings.There also is a smaller pool and bar for this building that tends to be the quiet area. Each pool area (total of 3) affords wicker chaise lounges and generous umbrellas. There is pool-side beverage and food service so you do not need to go anywhere!(just park yourself/go no further/look no further).

A private beach area in front of the resort on Medano Beach has lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables and chairs for a quick lunch as well as beverage service(iced).
When you get to the comments(just below).Remember this is a brand new unit(completed Jan/2007) and I have only rented it out 6 times so far.........as of Nov/07.Update.The media did not tell the truth.Both recent hurricains were a category 1.Winds of 70 miles a hour.This resort had no damadge.The beach restaurant(Baja Cantina) was serving dinner on the beach the next day.(old Hurricane info for you-this place is protected and has surrvided two hurricanes with NO problems OR damadge-updated info here as of 8/7/08).

  • Balcony: Beautiful and Private 325 square-foot Balcony with jacuzzi and very nice views of infinity pool and ocean.The L shaped suite wraps around this balcony with access after opening a sliding set of 6 massive 3foot wide floor to ceiling glass doors.The master bedroom also has this large glass slider door.I just returned in May and after opening these doors to extend the living area out into the balcony-I never closed them.Leave them open 24/7.There are no bugs by the by and your on the 5th floor.

There is no "under tow" on this beach.To me as a grandparent-that is a big plus.This Beach is "THE BEACH"-there just is NOT a better section of beach for 20 miles or 31 clicks back to San Jose Del Cabo.This is "IT">period-Bar none..!!

  • We were delighted with our beautiful and up-to-date accommodations. Our view from the living room area as well as the balcony was perfect from morning to night. The immaculate condition of the property, as well as the maid service was excellent. There was privacy with the large size of the unit, and every amenity was there for us. The proximity within walking distance to shopping was very convenient. We rented a car, so having complimentary parking for our vehicle was very nice. The pools, beach, and spa area were wonderful. We found that the staff was accommodating and willing to help and please. We would definitely go to this condo again for a vacation. Martha in Richmond, VA

  • The week in Cabo, September 22 to September 29, was absolutely fabulous! The swim-up bar in one of the fabulous swimming pools was great! What a way to relax after swimming with the dolphins or shopping in town. The glass-bottom boat tours to the Arches landmark were out of this world. In fact, we took TWO tours. Everything is close. The three-bedroom, three and one half bath plus kitchen offered wonderful accomodations for the four of us. The ocean view from the balcony was unbelievable. Come to Cabo! I hope I get to repeat the dream of a vacation.

  • I am an older gentlemen and planned this trip with my daughter and family. The penthouse was outstanding, view of the beach and ocean. We would sit on the balcony and watch the activity on the beach, the cruise ships coming in, and the outstanding weather. The Sunset Grill was a favorite place to eat. Of course, in the late afternoon the pools at the Villas were a gathering of the guests and a nice way to meet people from all over the world. Mr. Harvey we thank you for sharing your penthouse with us. We hope to return soon. James Houchens

  • I was a little nervous going to Mexico, but believe me, this was a trip of a life time! The 3 bedroom condo is within minutes to the beach, shopping, and all activities. It was easy to just enjoy staying in the beautiful condo and the resort. Everyone was very accomodating and FRIENDLY. By the way, the Sunset Grill is a memoriable eating experienc. I am going again and hope I can reserve the 3 bedroom townhouse again.

  • Wow - we needed that vacation - and your condo was just the spot! We were in the center of everything - so close to town, the marina, the beach, the "office". It was so nice to get up and walk along the beach in the morning - just 120 steps to the beach. I loved the fact that the condo is brand new and so clean - definitely made me feel like I was indulging during my vacation. The afternoons spent on the balcony - looking out over the ocean from my private hot tub - weren't too bad either! Thank you - we had a wonderful vacation in your condo - couldn't imagine going anywhere else but there next year.

  • We stayed for the second time in the penthouse suite on the 5th floor and had such a great time. We got great weather and got to take advantage of the pool, the beachside dining and the great balcony hot tub. We love renting here and on our next trips back to Cabo we will be sure to stay here. We never had to leave the property and had to walk down the beach to even by trinkets for our firends at home.

  • Thank you for letting us stay in your unit the week of April 15th 2007. Everything was clean and exactly how it looked inthe pictures. We have had bad experiences in the past, but I must say everyone had a blast, the best thing for us was the swim up bar in the pool and the private hot tub on the balcony. We are not sure when we will get back to Cabo, but when we do go back you can be sure we will be in touch. Thank you so much for eveything, it easy to deal with you and you made it a smooth stress free vacation.   • Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful condo. You were right, the beach is incredible and it was so easy to get into town or the marina, it was like we were in the center of everything. My wife was nervous about Mexico, but she left asking when we could come back. She had a great time and never had to worry about the kids once. Thank you. You have a great place.

    I stayed in this unit with my family and it was absolutly beautiful. The views from the balcony were incredible and we even had our own hot tub. The rooms were brand new each with a huge bathroom and lots of space for us to gather and hang out. The resort had all the amentities and you never had to leave to have a great time. We had breakfast lunch and dinner on the beach and with the pool and private beach there were no pushy sales people we could truly relaxe. My family and I are going back next year and staying in this same unit.
