Enjoy your stay while in Cabo San Lucas in this 5 year new oceanfront condominium overlooking and ON the world-famous "Medano" Beach (unit#508 is the three bedroom 3.5 bathroom suite)(this unit will sleep 10 max adults/childern by renting a rollaway bed and using the pull out sofa).
(WE also own a adjoining/connecting one bedroom deluxe unit (#509).Sleep 10 max & 6 max respectively by use of sofa beds and renting rollaway beds in total. (sleep 6 &2 adults in king size beds respectively). We can rent both units at the same time- Example-weeks 46 and 47 for any year as the time I own is "FIXED" and does NOT float! I PERSONALY rent saturday to saturday.
So I can rent this in 2013 4yi.
If you give me enought warning I can trade weeks and rent any week for either unit "and" rent both units as well-with the exseption of January and December. Also I can arrange to rent this entire floor-this ads another larger onebedroom with another balcony and jacuzzi (making a total of three baconys and two Jacuzzis).
MY price is about half the resorts price as my prices include the Mexican goverments 22% room tax-and there is only one other 3 bedroom suite-it's also about 400 to 500 a night on a average more than mine!

The resort and roped off beach are 5 star!
The resorts property edge is 35 feet from the 3 "VERY" popular beach bars (as in the sand) & they have food-too.(Billigans-The Office & Mango's) The water sports originate here,boats anchor here,cruise ships anchor here- THIS IS THE BEACH. Other resorts have sand - EVERYONE at the other resorts walks up to this section of sand, sooner or later. NO other resorts have what this resort does-called location, location, location........You can walk out of the condos door and within 2/3 minutes be on the beach.
A note here-The office is owned by Edith's/ a restaurant that is arguably the best in Cabo and it adjoins/abutes this resort. The Office is a place everyone goes too-and the good news is that you can -if needed-crawl home.
Cabo Villas Beach Resort is an adult, five-star (Mexico's standards now), beach resort located on Cabo's main beach- El Medano (No undertow/clean sand/clear water). IT has a private roped off area with umbrellas/beach chaise lounges in abundance/tables/chairs/food service and iced drinks. And a massage tent. At night you can dine on the beach. Also a ladies Spa (under the pool). The staff is friendly. The 2125-square-foot luxury condominium features three large bedrooms each with its own private bath. The master suite bedroom has a king-size bed with a generous-size bathroom featuring marble floors, a granite vanity with a glass shower and a raised tub. The second and third bedrooms both have semi-large private baths and king-size beds.
There is also a convertible sofa (pull-out couch) in the living rooms of each unit that could sleep two. You/or I may also arrange to have a roll away bed delivered for additional accommodations(this costs 140 a week). The half bathroom located off the living room area next to front door.All four flat screen TVs will take the red/white/yellow cords to hook up DVD players.

Cabo Villas Beach Resort is a complete beach resort. The resort features one large custom designed infinity pool with a swim-up bar and a smaller pool next to a bar that serves lunch and munchie food for the upper buildings.There also is a smaller pool and bar for this building that tends to be the quiet area. Each pool area (total of 3) affords wicker chaise lounges and generous umbrellas. There is pool-side beverage and food service so you do not need to go anywhere!(just park yourself/go no further/look no further).

- Balcony : Beautiful and Private 325 square-foot Balcony with jacuzzi and very nice views of infinity pool and ocean.The L shaped suite wraps around this balcony with access after opening a sliding set of 6 massive 3foot wide floor to ceiling glass doors.The master bedroom also has this large glass slider door.I just returned in May and after opening these doors to extend the living area out into the balcony-I never closed them.Leave them open 24/7.There are no bugs by the by and your on the 5th floor.

Cabo Villas beach Resort allows me to trade for weeks I do not own (Between weeks 12 and 48 only now). I also can rent (and I know their inventory)their inventory at a discount of 20% and only 11% tax for you.
MY wife can find you anything else there is in Cabo and also arrange transfers.
Why the Owner Chose Cabo Villas Beach Resort
The jacuzzi on the balcony AND the three bedrooms with out connecting doors. And you can walk to the Marina in 9 minutes and downtown in 13 minutes so you save time and money on taxis.
The beach HAS NO undertow-clean sand and water and no big drop off when the tides out. The farther East from this resort.you go towards the river...problems of all sorts including trash in the water.

I was a little nervous going to Mexico, but believe me, this was a trip of a life time! The 3 bedroom condo is within minutes to the beach, shopping, and all activities. It was easy to just enjoy staying in the beautiful condo and the resort. Everyone was very accomodating and FRIENDLY. By the way, the Sunset Grill is a memoriable eating experienc. I am going again and hope I can reserve the 3 bedroom townhouse again.

We were delighted with our beautiful and up-to-date accommodations. Our view from the living room area as well as the balcony was perfect from morning to night. The immaculate condition of the property, as well as the maid service was excellent. There was privacy with the large size of the unit, and every amenity was there for us. The proximity within walking distance to shopping was very convenient. We rented a car, so having complimentary parking for our vehicle was very nice. The pools, beach, and spa area were wonderful. We found that the staff was accommodating and willing to help and please. We would definitely go to this condo again for a vacation. Martha in Richmond, VA

The week in Cabo, September 22 to September 29, was absolutely fabulous! The swim-up bar in one of the fabulous swimming pools was great! What a way to relax after swimming with the dolphins or shopping in town. The glass-bottom boat tours to the Arches landmark were out of this world. In fact, we took TWO tours. Everything is close. The three-bedroom, three and one half bath plus kitchen offered wonderful accomodations for the four of us. The ocean view from the balcony was unbelievable. Come to Cabo! I hope I get to repeat the dream of a vacation.

I am an older gentlemen and planned this trip with my daughter and family. The penthouse was outstanding, view of the beach and ocean. We would sit on the balcony and watch the activity on the beach, the cruise ships coming in, and the outstanding weather. The Sunset Grill was a favorite place to eat. Of course, in the late afternoon the pools at the Villas were a gathering of the guests and a nice way to meet people from all over the world. Thank you for letting us stay in your unit the week of April 15th 2007. Everything was clean and exactly how it looked inthe pictures. We have had bad experiences in the past, but I must say everyone had a blast, the best thing for us was the swim up bar in the pool and the private hot tub on the balcony. We are not sure when we will get back to Cabo, but when we do go back you can be sure we will be in touch. Thank you so much for eveything, it easy to deal with you and you made it a smooth stress free vacation. We stayed for the second time in the penthouse suite on the 5th floor and had such a great time. We got great weather and got to take advantage of the pool, the beachside dining and the great balcony hot tub. We love renting here and on our next trips back to Cabo we will be sure to stay here. We never had to leave the property and had to walk down the beach to even by trinkets for our firends at home.

Wow - we needed that vacation - and your condo was just the spot! We were in the center of everything - so close to town, the marina, the beach, the "office". It was so nice to get up and walk along the beach in the morning - just 120 steps to the beach. I loved the fact that the condo is brand new and so clean - definitely made me feel like I was indulging during my vacation. The afternoons spent on the balcony - looking out over the ocean from my private hot tub - weren't too bad either! Thank you - we had a wonderful vacation in your condo - couldn't imagine going anywhere else but there next year.

I stayed in this unit with my family and it was absolutly beautiful. The views from the balcony were incredible and we even had our own hot tub. The rooms were brand new each with a huge bathroom and lots of space for us to gather and hang out. The resort had all the amentities and you never had to leave to have a great time. We had breakfast lunch and dinner on the beach and with the pool and private beach there were no pushy sales people we could truly relaxe. My family and I are going back next year and staying in this same unit.
