A beautiful, open floor plan, newly remodeled home in Palmetto Dunes just steps to the Atlantic Ocean.
The living room has a sofa, oversize chair with ottoman, chair with ottoman, Cable TV, VCR, DVD/CD player and stereo. The dining area has seating for 8 along with a breakfast bar area & open kitchen.
There are 2 master suites with king size beds, cable TV and VCR. One has a jacuzzi tub with separate shower and the other has a separate shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with an attached bathroom with tub/shower, cable TV & VCR. The 4th has 2 twin beds with a hall bathroom with tub/shower, cable TV and VCR.
There are french doors from both master suites leading to a heated pool and spa. There is also a screened porch with table and chairs and outdoor lounge chairs around the pool along with a gas grill.
Our guests are also within walking distance to the many activities at the Marriot, and Hilton Resorts and can rent canoes, kayaks, and bike's to explore the numerous lagoons and bike/jogging trails in the resort and island. The Fazio Golf Course is a block away and the Robert Trent Jones, and Arthur Hills Golf Courses are also located a short distance away in Palmetto Dunes. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center has 29 courts with both Clay and Hard surfaces with several lit to enjoy at night. There is also a General Store, and Alexanders, a highly rated restaurant on the island.
