Accommodations: Cabin - 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s) - 2.5 Baths - (Sleeps 6-8)

Our Cabin - Franklin, North Carolina Cabin Ten beautiful acres of mountains shared by only three houses. Enjoy the privacy and beautiful mountain views, yet the convenience of being only five minutes from town/Wal-Mart. While this is listed as a cabin, it is really 1650 square feet of spacious living. This cabin was just built in December 2006, so the condition is "new." It comes fully furnished with everything you need to stay one week, or one year. All appliances, including washer/dryer are new. The master bedroom, dining room, laundry room, guest bathroom, and living room are all located on the first floor. On the second floor are two large bedrooms and a large guest bathroom. Outside there are large eight-foot decks around three of the four sides of the cabin, and a screen porch. Note: To insure that all of our guests enjoy their time here, our "Cabin" is always smoke-free and pet-free. We also request a $60 non-refundable cleaning charge; so that we can ensure that our "cabin" is in tip top condition when our guests arrive. Check-in Time is 4 pm and Check-out time is 11 am (although we will work with you in special situations).

$675/weekly Apr-Oct (1 wk increments), $600/wk Nov-Mar (max 8 people in cabin).
Thanksgiving/Xmas $675/wk.Reservation Fee $200; Check or Money Order to hold date.
Reservation Fee will become your Security Deposit upon check in, and will be
refunded after damage inspection is completed (7 to 10 days after check out).
Cancellation Refunds - 100% refund of reservation fee is applicable if given at
least three (3) weeks advance notice. 50% refundable if less than 3 weeks notice
(exceptions per illness or medical situations). One week or less - 75% refunded of
total (exceptions to this will be reviewed per renter/per situation).
