Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented gated community on the grand strand. Our house is a custom built 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house on stilts. The first floor has a large deck with patio furniture, rockers, and a gas grill. Inside is an open den, kitchen,and dining area. The den has a TV, DVD player, plenty of seating with a queen sleeper sofa. A half bath is convenient to the den area. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. A master bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and adjoining bath are on this level, as well, as a full-size washer and dryer.
On the second level are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The "jack and jill" style baths with tub/shower combo between two rooms offer privacy. These bedrooms have a king, queen, queen, and a double/twin bunk bed.
A $200 deposit is required within seven days of reserving. The remaining balance of $1900 is due 30 days before you go in house. The deposit will be returned if the house is left clean and damage-free.
