Come stay at our beautiful home in the Verandah! You will be pleased to relax in this three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa with its own private heated pool and spa. Begin each day in the lanai with breathtaking sunrise views overseeing a lake ... This also provides for shade in the evening after a day in the sun.

This home revels in a spacious fully-equipped kitchen which begs for gourmet meal preparation with your choice of dining venues ... Formal, breakfast or leisure with gas barbecue grill in enclosed lanai. The living room invites maximum comfort with a surround sound entertainment system, highlighted by a 42-inch high definition plasma TV, to relax with before retiring.

Awaiting you in the luxurious master bedroom is a king-sized pillow-top mattress with 600-count Egyptian cotton sheets. The adjoining master bathroom is outfitted with a private water closet, soaking tub, over-sized tile shower, and his-and-her vanities. Abundant walk-in closet space and direct entry into the lanai and pool area completes this suite.

Other sleeping options include a guest suite with a queen-size bed and private bath; the third bedroom is effectively set up with twin beds with immediate access to a full bath. As you can see, we have gone to great measures to ensure a great rest and all the conveniences you need to primp for your next day! The two-car extended garage gives extra room to navigate your vehicle(s).

This Bonita Bay Group's newest gated golf community has 24-hour security. It presents two (2) 18-hole challenging and extremely well-groomed golf courses... One of which is a recently completed Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. A newly expanded golf house is outfitted with the latest in golf technologies and fashions.
