Our home is located in the quaint beach town of Las Penitas, known for long stretches of sandy beaches, clean aqua blue water, a slow paced vibe, and unbelievable sunsets. Las Penitas is located next to Poneloya, 15 minutes outside of Leon. No American developers have found this area, so it is very safe, quiet, and uncrowded, and the beauty is unspoiled. Our four bedroom, four bath beach home has a kitchen, dining room, outdoor living room with ceiling fans, pool, rancho, and a refreshing ocean breeze. The property is on the beach with a gate that opens right onto the sand. Caretakers live on property and provide daily cleaning and cooking.
